This number of 126,667 Previous Married Couples, is the number of Blessing Forms filled up last year for the November 29 Blessing (58,256) and the Forms (68,411) for the 13 of June Blessing this year. From all of this Forms we selected the best and we input all of these data in a computer database program link to the city street maps of Uruguay. This database at this moment includes 51,644 families. With this system we avoid the duplication of blessings, wrong addresses (from blessings done in the streets, parks, etc.) and we have the advantage of knowing the location of bless families by districts and areas of the city. To do a follow up by mail with all of these families is very expensive for us at this moment. (one letter will cost about US$ 1.00) That is why, we decided to use a radio program for follow up and education of the members of the Family Federation.

A "True Love Pledge" Form asking for fidelity and purity was done by the Family Federation (FFWPU). The Form with the Four Pledges was given with a "Holy Candy" attached (this holy candy was blessed directly by us in the candy factory, and this method of blessing was approved by Rev. Yu our NM) The Form contained the information about the Blessing 99, the telephones and addresses of the Federation and also the information of our Weekly Radio Program of 30 minutes each Wednesday and Friday. We distributed a total of over 300,000 by August 21, following the previous directions given by Rev. Kwak. But, after the last memo from Rev. Kwak clarifying the official standard for the Pre-blessings, we are not sure now, if we can count these numbers as pre-blessings or if it should be consider just a mere campaign for fidelity and purity. The campaign was very well received by the media, and we got three very positive articles commenting about it.

Where the 300,000 candies given in Uruguay, counted as part of the 360 million "couples" blessing or not, I still do not know.
