We inform you the following.

Last year in September the Unification church of Japan issued 2 memos in which it stated that you held meetings that can only be called anti-providential in Korea and Japan without True Parents official approval and recognition. In those meetings there were many criticisms against the current leadership including True Mother. Your statements divide the church, and you tried to get people to go to the apostate group UCI (Kwak group), all of which goes against the wishes of and teaching of and violates the heart of True Parents.

The Japanese church headquarters has been hoping that you would sincerely accept the memos and letters and return to your proper position. But you ignored our warning and complaint, and on September of last year not only did you hold meetings in 3 places across the nation but continued engaging in anti-providential activities trying to get support for that apostate group by focusing on members from different angles, and the situation has reached a point in which this act of treason against the True Parents of Heaven and Earth can no longer be overlooked.

Considering the situation till now and based on the church member's "disciplinary regulation", the disciplinary committee has decided to remove (excommunicate) you, and has decided to remove your title as honorary president.

Therefore, I am notifying you that you have been stripped of your capacity as a member of the Unification Church of Japan and of your title of Honorary President.

Furthermore, if you truly repent in the future and return to your proper position centered on True Parents as a member of the Unification movement and if you act accordingly, then we will prepare a way for you to be able to return as a member.
