Re.: Holding Hoondok Speaking Tours to Commemorate the Establishment of the Abel UN

We pray for God and True Parents' blessing and love to be with all regions, nations and providential organizations as we create the sacred reign of peace in Cheon Il Guk, the realm of cosmic peace.

The "Heaven and Earth Combined Rally Launching the Restoration of God's Homeland" was held on the campus of Sun Moon University in Korea to commemorate the successful establishment of the Abel UN and the 57th anniversary of True Father's release from the Hungnam labor camp in North Korea.

More than 50,000 local ambassadors for peace, international guests and blessed members took part in this event. In order to connect to the fortunes of this victory, each nation should hold a Hoondok Speaking Tour according to the following instructions:

1. Name of Event: Heaven and Earth Combined Rally Launching the Restoration of God's Homeland

2. Dates: Between November 11th and November 21st, 2007

3. Method: An event should be held in each of twelve cities during this period.

The events can be held in several locations on the same day. Please note, however, that all events must be completed by November 21st.

4. Speakers: Please consult the regional president in selecting or inviting a speaker.

5. Speech: Father's keynote address (Peace Message 13) given at the inauguration of the Abel UN on September 23, 2007 (to download go to www.cheonilguk.net)
