True Father’s Immigration Appeal Update

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

There are several possibilities for the decision of the True Father's Appeal.

The first and most likely is that the Adjudicator will decide that True Father should be allowed to receive a visa and that the Home Secretary would have the right to appeal the decision if he wants. The Home Secretary then will have 28 days to decide whether to appeal or not.

Then we will start to mobilise those who have written letters to the Home Secretary before to lobby him not to appeal. We have a number of people prepared for this and any support you can give to assist this will be gratefully appreciated. This may be a short period before the Home Secretary decides so we are preparing to move quickly during that window of opportunity. The chances of an Appeal will also be dependent on the type of determination made by the Adjudicator. We need to pray for the Adjudicator, Mr. Michael Clements' decision to be strongly worded against the Home Secretary.

The second possibility is that True Father's Appeal will be rejected. Then we will have to Appeal. This would go to the Immigration Appeal Tribunal and then possibly to the Court of Appeals etc. but it would require a considerable amount of time and money.

Thank you for your support. We are still in a crucial time period for this immigration case.

May God Bless You All,
Robin Marsh
