Here are the details for the ceremonies for Mrs. Hyeshik Schanker’s ascension.

The Seung Hwa Ceremony is Thursday at 9AM at Col. Rd.

Starting from now you may join in a chain prayer offering. If you would like to signup for a specific time contact Sheila Song. There will be a community prayer from 10pm to 12 tonight at the Schanker home located in Rockville, MD.

There will be a viewing on Wednesday, Oct. 10th from 7pm to 10pm at The Washington Family Church 1610 Columbia Rd. NW Washington DC 20009. This will be followed by an all night Prayer Vigil from 10pm to 7am at Columbia Rd.

A private ceremony for the family will be held at 8am on Thursday, Oct 11th. at Col. Rd.

The Seung Hwa Ceremony will start at 9:00am at The Washington Family Church. Washington Family Church 1610 Columbia Rd. NW Washington DC 20009 (Columbia and 16th Street N.W.

(Parking is available at the Scottish Rite Temple on Mozart St.)

Mrs. Schanker will be honored with a "District Level" Seung Hwa.
