Looking for an International or Cross-Cultural Matching and Blessing? Join the PMC in Japan without Being There!
Qualified Blessed Children and their parents who are interested in an international match can make their candidate profile available at the Parents' Matching Convocations in Japan May 29-30th and June 12-13th, 2010. Candidates who are interested should complete the attached questionnaire and return it to iseo@unification.org as soon as possible. Then register at the current international matching website, www.bcmatching.org, and upload all of the family and profile information. Be sure to include 3 high-quality photos: two of the candidate (1 full length, 1 head and shoulders), and one of the family.
Please return the questionnaire and complete the profile information and upload photos at the international website by May 26th. Profiles completed after that date might only be displayed at the June PMC. To be qualified as a candidate, the education, application and interview process must be complete. Candidates must fill out the profile information themselves, with the support of their parents. No parent should advertise their adult child's profile without the candidate's agreement and participation. Parents should develop a matching plan together with their adult child's input.
Parents' Convocations and additional networking events are taking place in Korea, Japan, Europe and the USA, and will soon be developed in South America, Africa and elsewhere. At each PMC participants will be able to connect with families and candidates from other nations interested in an international match. American candidates and their families interested in making their profile available at any international PMC will be able to do so through the National BFD, or via www.bcmatching.org.
