Dear All,

The air is still cold but the reports and responses we got from the many ongoing activities of FJMGP all around the nation (Japan) during the first quarter kept us warm both in heart and in spirit. We hope that you and your family are well as you received this memo. And may all the challenges we encounter along the way, become an inspiration and blessing to all. This is to inform you of the confirmed details of the annual gathering of FJMGP. Details as follows:

Event: Annual FJMGP General Membership Meeting
Date: May 3, 2008
Time: 9 AM -- 5 PM
Place: Epoch Nakahara 7th Floor Musashi Room
Address: 6-22-5 Kami Odanaka, Nakahara-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa-ken
Access: Musashi Nakahara Station (Nambu Line) 1 minute walk
Entrance Fee: 500 yen per individual or 1,000 yen per family

The Program includes the following:

1. Election of National Officers
2. Recognition of New Chapters and their set of Officers (Awarding of Chapter Certificate)
3. Induction of New Officers and Oath taking
4. FJMGP First year Anniversary
5. Birthday Celebration for members born in April and May
6. Family, Couple and Kid’s level Presentation (with special award for performers)
7. Games, Karaoke and Dancing
8. Potluck Party

Note:

1. Free accommodation in for those coming from outside Kanto Area.
2. Those coming from within Kanto Area, please bring some food to share.
3. The event is open to all FJMGP members and non members (can sign up membership on that day).
