Baguio- On the first week of October, the regional director of the Department of Education-R1 in the person of Dr. Ligaya Miguel, organized a two-day seminar for all superintendents supervisors and principals within the region.

There were more about a hundred of educators who attended the event. Prof. Eric Niduasa and Prof. Edgar Tanate gave the lectures during the 2-day seminar. The participants were all very amazed particularly on the seminar materials delivered during the seminar that each of them was asking to conduct an echo seminar in their respective areas of responsibility.

Dr. Miguel attended one of our international conferences in Korea recently, making to deeply absorbed the lectures there and saw the great foundation of our beloved True Parents. Because of that, she can't help but spread it out to her region.

Through this foundation Pres. Mike Zablan organized his True Love Power in the region too. This is the Junior CARP and already two batches of orientation seminars were organized, one in Pangasinan and the other in La Union together with the Ilocos provinces.

Last Saturday and Sunday, October 13 and 14 another two seminars for Blessed Couples from Northwest Region was held in Bauang, La Union simultaneous to the True Love Power seminar attended by the top 4th year students from La Union.

Both seminars were very successful. Pres and Mrs. Jimmy Vergara of FFWPU lectured the 46 participants from Pangasinan, Baguio, Benguet, La Union and Ilocos Provinces for the Blessed Couple Seminar while Pres. Michael Zablan lectured in the True Love Power Seminar.

The Fil Vision Trading of Mr. and Mrs. Felix Sanchez and company sponsored the Blessed Couples Seminar organized by the FFWPU Philippines while WCARP Philippines sponsored the True Love Power coordinated by the Office of the Regional Director of DepEd.
