Warm greetings from the National Headquarters!

May the abundant love of the victorious Cosmic Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind be with you all!

The Global Peace Festival (GPF) will be held in Manila on December 11-13, 2007. Our elder brother Hyun Jin Nim has already confirmed his coming during these dates to lead the many activities and conferences that will transpire all through out the festival and to speak before the 250,000 individuals who will gather in the GPF Main Event at the Quirino Grandstand, Manila on December 12, 2007.

Part of the main event that will happen on the 12th is the Parade of Cross-Cultural Families (International Blessed Families). Hyun Jin Nim has made it clear that the theme of the GPF is "One Family Under God" and he wants to make this a reality in the mainstream of the society through the blessed central families. Hence, he wants to show the beauty of the blessing to the people by showcasing our international Blessed Families.

In line with this, we would like to request each international blessed couple in every region to participate in this parade. Please have each partner wear his/her national costume. (For example, for Japanese-Filipino couple, if the wife is Japanese and the husband is Filipino, the wife should come in kimono and the husband should wear barong. This is also the same for other international couples.) They should also bring their children with them.

We would also like to inform everyone that there is an official Hoon Dok Hae with Hyun Jin at 5:00 am on December 13 at the Manila Hotel. There is a small donation of Php 550/person for this gathering to cover for the breakfast as well as for the venue.

Please also be reminded of the offering of each family/individual for the success of this GPF. You may now begin to send your GPF donation (Php 2100/couple, Php 1200/single individual, $120/member living abroad) to the National Headquarters Office. Your offering will really go a lonq way in making our Global Peace Festival a victory for God and True Parents.

I am also hoping that you will include in your prayers the approval of our proposal to President GMA to make the 12th of December 2007 and every year thereafter as the National Celebration of Universal Peace, Solidarity and Harmony.
