The Declaration of the United Faith Was Officially Professed By Members of the United Faith on August 15, 1963
What is the meaning of this declaration of faith which was made on August 15, 1963? There is special significance and meaning to the date August 15, It was the victorious day of the Allied Nations when so many thousands of people under oppression and the evil sovereignties were liberated in 1945. And more specific, it was the day Korea was liberated from 40 years of Japanese domination. It also has great meaning to the free nations of Democracy in this present age. In that sense, August 15 is very important in the sight of God.
The American continent has been prepared for a special mission in the sight of God to participate in this glorious day of the Lord's Coming. This is the day when a unity of faith will bring the liberation of all mankind. This is the fulfillment of the united work of saints in every country in the world at this appointed time of God. God has labored spiritually using the spirit world, and physically by using the physical world to prepare for this day which is the day of fulfillment.
Four years have elapsed since this United Faith began to spread in America. God expects so much at this time from America and the world that there is pressure and urgency from heaven toward all the saints on earth. That is why the pouring out of the Spirit of God is moving through so many of the layman Christians, for God is choosing and preparing saints for this special and glorious day of the Lord's Coming. Therefore, we have declared the principles of our belief in this United Faith on this special day of August 15, 1963, a significant day of liberation.
We are preparing for His Coming Kingdom, and our greatest desire is to cooperate in every way with the heavenly mission of the Lord, As His saints, we want to return glory to Him.
On this meaningful day, we, who are the saints of the Lord made, simultaneously, in several states, this Declaration of Faith. In four large cities: Salt Lake City, Utah; Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington, and Great Falls, Montana we declared with oneness of mind, spirit, and body, and with one accord the same faith and ideology. We have declared these ten (10) Articles of Faith, which are from the Principles of the United Faith Message in order to fulfill the following conditions:
First: We declare war against Satan and his agents,
Second: Our purpose is to help America and other free Western Nations learn, know and prepare more easily for His Coming and follow the United Faith Message, which is the Preparation for His Second Coming.
Third: Just as the Declaration of Independence in the country of America was for the liberation and freedom of all men, likewise, we declare by these Principles of the United Faith and His Coming that there will be the liberation of all mankind and all nations.
The United Faith will be enabled by the Lord to bring forth freedom and liberty, the restoration of mankind, and man's proper relationship to God, It will establish these three conditions: First, there will be unity of mind throughout the world, eliminating the scattered mind conditions which exist everywhere today; second, there will evolve a United Faith from the many scattered and bewildering faiths existing in the world today; and third, a United Race will emerge from the confused and quarreling races which inhabit every corner of the earth at the present time.
The United Faith Message will establish a United Ideology which will replace the many old and confusing ideologies, and thereby reconstruct all things through the Ideology of this United Faith.
The Declaration of the Articles of United Faith
This Declaration was given on the 15th of August, 1963 at Salt Lake City, Utah; Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington, and Great Falls, Montana.
I. We believe that there is one living and true God, the Father, an eternally existing Spiritual Being of absolute knowledge, power, love, and goodness; the Creator, Preserver, and the Ruler of all things in heaven and earth, visible and invisible.
II. We believe that the Bible was given by Divine Inspiration and Revelation and was written by men divinely and uniquely inspired.
III. We believe that man was a special creation of God as His own image, but through the temptation of Satan, the Archangel Lucifer, Adam and Eve, our ancestors, transgressed God's command during their immature period of growth in both body and spirit, and fell from the original estate of holiness and righteousness, and thereby incurred not only physical death but also spiritual death which is complete separation from God, the Father. We believe all human beings are born with sinful nature, oppose God and His Law, and have Satan as their father.
IV. We believe that Jesus of Nazareth was designated by God as the Christ to enter the world without sin in the real father's capacity as the Second Adam to save mankind. We believe He planned to establish the Earthly Kingdom, creating a new race on earth. Even though He came to His own, they did not know Him and rejected Him as their Saviour, causing the necessity of His Second Coming. But because of Israel's disbelief, He took the cross and accomplished spiritual salvation for mankind, leaving His consummation of all things, including physical salvation for mankind, to His Second Coming,
V. We believe that all mankind, the descendants of Adam and Eve, are justified before God, the Father, only by faith in Christ and at the same time they are regenerated and adopted into the house hold of faith. We believe that Christians are called to be holy and pure in all manner of living. We are to keep our body and spirit clean, holy and pure by the decent, highly moral, and strictly disciplined Christian way of life on earth until He comes and saves us in perfection.
VI. We believe in the holy universal church and that it is composed of all true, pure, conscientious believers of Christ, and it is for the proclamation of the gospel to the whole world. Every household should be a place of altar to God, as a small unit or chapel, with day and night reading and studying of the Bible and searching the depth of truth contained in the Word of God, in order to bring out the spiritual awakening and strength, the church revival, and the expansion of world evangelization.
VII. We believe that every human being is responsible to God, the Father of all mankind in all manner of faith, and that each church is independent and autonomous, and must be free from interference by any ecclesiastical or political authority.
VIII. We believe that God has revealed and is still revealing His hidden secrets of truth contained in the Bible, and the things Jesus Christ himself could not tell to His Disciples. He does this through His specially chosen and selected children on earth progressively according to the advancement of mankind's spiritual, mental and intellectual growth and development, We believe in the gift of tongues, prophecy, vision, revelation, Divine healing, and other spiritual phenomena described in the Bible, but they must be properly used and understood, interpreted and controlled by the spiritual laws in the Bible.
IX. We believe that since the fall of man, until the present time, God has used and is using in His Restoration Providence to save mankind, several systematic and numerical principles based on the "Law of Indemnity and Restoration Centering in the Four Number."
X. We believe that Christ will come again, as He promised in the Bible, to consummate the remaining works left unfulfilled at the First Advent, to perfect individuals and liberate them from the sin and the yoke of Satan completely in both spirit and body. But, as the Bible says, first He shall be persecuted and suffer. Then He will conquer Satan and his agents on earth, after which He shall set up His Kingdom on Earth, the Ideal Kingdom of Love and Righteousness with His saints, completely fulfilling both the Old and New Testaments, and ruling heaven, earth, and the entire universe.
