On Wednesday, May 20^th, the Seminary welcomed Dr. Sara Horsfall to campus. Dr. Horsfall taught the Seminaryfs first internet course during the Spring trimester, titled gThe Sociology of Religion.h She has expressed an interest in teaching at UTS and during her visit, she gave a talk titled gBridging the Gap Between Spirituality and Materialismh in which she described the need for the development of a common language if there is to be greater interaction between scholars in these two fields. This was the first time that Dr. Horsfall had been able to return to Barrytown since attending the 120-day training here in 1975.
