Cameroon

Cameroon is a country of diverse religions with a population of [at time of writing] 7,600,000. Missionary work began in 1975 with Kathleen Heney Kuhl from the United States, Isamu Matsutani from Japan and Annegret Landwehr from Germany. Witnessing, however, did not have a good start. They prayed together and tried witnessing but they did not find prepared people. Some people ran away with money and clothes after they joined the church. Overcoming such difficulties, missionary effort is still going on and significant development has been achieved.
