Dear Brothers and Sisters,
True Parents called the leadership of America to Las Vegas, together with leaders from Korea and Japan, this past Monday, August 31. Hyung Jin Nim, Kook Jin Nim and In Jin Nim were also in attendance. We celebrated the 21st Pal Chung Shik together with our True Parents and then Father spoke and educated all of the attendees for nearly 9 hours. His theme was absolute unity with True Parents, centering on Father's words and directions. Father, at 90 years of age, is absolutely in charge of and standing on the frontline of God's providence. He has clearly designated his youngest son, Hyung Jin Nim, as the International President of our worldwide movement.
At the conclusion of our Las Vegas meeting, Father asked Hyung Jin Nim, as international president, and In Jin Nim, as president of the American movement, to embark upon a 4-city tour of America, the purpose of which is to let all of our families know clearly what the hierarchy of our movement is (centering on True Parents) and to ask our members to pray for all the leadership in our movement to unite with True Parents as we move through the final 40 months leading up to January, 2013.
Thus far, we have had two very powerful and inspiring events in Los Angeles and Chicago. This evening, Hyung Jin Nim and In Jin Nim will speak at the Sheraton Hotel in Washington, D.C. Hyung Jin Nim has recently completed his 21,000 bow condition and during the event a video of his offering to God and True Parents is being shown. His sermon following the video is transforming our families and inspiring us all with renewed hope and confidence in who we are and in the value and significance of True Parents. In Jin Nim also completed her offering of the first 21 weeks of Lovin' Life Ministries Sunday services in New York last Sunday and True Parents are with her accomplishment.
The finale of the 4-city tour will be this Sunday, September 6, where Hyung Jin Nim and In Jin Nim will speak at the Lovin' Life Ministries Sunday service in the Hammerstein Ballroom of the Manhattan Center at 10:00 AM. We are inviting our families to come to New York this Sunday, from Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and beyond! Please don't miss this historic opportunity to meet Hyung Jin Nim and hear his powerful words. We expect a large crowd, so there will be overflow seating on the Grand Ballroom of the Manhattan Center. Following the service, everyone will be able to meet and greet Hyung Jin Nim and In Jin Nim and there will be refreshments served.
This Sunday will be the beginning of In Jin Nim's second 21 weeks of Lovin' Life Ministries. What better way for her to begin than with her brother, Hyung Jin Nim, giving the sermon? Also this Sunday, around the nation, our churches will begin 21 weeks of showing the Lovin' Life Ministries DVD's, beginning with Easter Sunday.
Brothers and Sisters, let us come together in unity and in prayer, as we show our absolute support and oneness with our True Parents here in America. This is a new beginning for our movement and we are deeply grateful to True Parents and to True Children for their words and their example for us all.
