Dear Brothers and Sisters,
On Sunday, October 3rd, 2010 we will be celebrating the 23rd Foundation Day for the Unified Nation of Heaven and Earth (Kae Cheon Jeol). Below is an excerpt of True Father's words about the meaning of this special Holy Day.
During the celebration of the 17th Anniversary of the Foundation Day for the Nation and Unified World on October 1, 2004, True Father changed the name of this day from the "Foundation Day for the Nation of the Unified World." Following is True Father's explanation.
"From today on this day is the 'Foundation Day for the Nation of Cosmic Unity! Since we have gone beyond the era of the individual, family, nation and cosmos, the ideal of creation for the Cosmic Parent, Parents of Heaven and Earth, and the Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind is not realized through the invisible God but rather manifests through His substantial realm. In order for God to expand His lineage through His sons and daughters, the invisible God stands as the Cosmic Parent, and the substantial God stands in the position of the Parents of Heaven and Earth, and the Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind represents the spirit world and substantial world centering on the substantial family on earth where spirit world and the physical earth are one. We can become the citizens of heaven and enter heaven based on the standard of the substantial parent that goes beyond these three stages. Since we have gone beyond the era of the nation, do not fear the tribes and nations. Go forth placing your life on the line with absolute faith, absolute love, and absolute obedience. Now will come the trial by the heavenly citizens. The coronation ceremony is that important."
