True Parents dancing joyfully.

The 'Cheon Il Guk Leaders Assembly 2007' (Feb. 24 – 26) was held in Chungshim Youth Center (Chung-a Camp) with the theme, 'Good communication and alignment for the realization of Cheon Il Guk, the realm of cosmic peace' where as many as 1,500 leaders from around the world came to participate. On the last day of 26th, the closing ceremony was held from 3 p.m. welcoming True Parents and the True Children. True Parents spoke for around 2 hours and talked about the importance of Korean language and announced special instruction for the 2nd half of his speech.

True Father began, "God gathered all of you so that's why you are here today. You have come here to meet God", and emphasizing the importance of the Korean language, "God can say all sounds. The Korean language can say all sounds. You must learn the culture through the words."

During his speech, True Father instructed Rev. Yang Ho, (Seoul) Northern Parish Leader, to sing a song. True Father would dance with True Mother joyfully during the song. Then True Father said, "Hyun Jin, sing!" and told the participants who attended as a couple to stand up and dance together. Hyun Jin Nim sang a Korean song; 'With You' and all the participants stood up and danced. Also True Father came off the stage and walked around the hall enjoying the dance and song.

After Hyun Jin Nim's short greetings True Mother spoke for a while, "Not long ago, True Father emphasized the importance of learning the Korean language. During the world tour last year, I also explained the reason to learn Korean, didn't I? "Yes!" 'If humanity wants to unite, their heart must unite, right? For the heart to be connected, the same language should be spoken. Please establish one word, one culture, and one tradition". "Yes" (Applause)

Then True Father said, "Write this down!", and shared his own notes with the title, 'February 26, 2007. True Parents' Commemorative Birth, Special Instruction for World Leaders Assembly'.

The Special Instructions are the following;

1. Establishment Era of the Realm of Absoluteness
2. Establishment Era of the Realm of Absolute Value
3. Establishment Era of the Realm of Absolute Happiness
4. Establishment Era of the Realm of Absolute Fruition

True Father explained in detail of each special instruction. True Father also told the participants to add the above content in their prayers.

Then there was 4 Cheers of Eok-manse by Rev. Do-sun Lim, General President of FFWPU-Japan. True Father told Rev. Lim that Japan must fulfill its mission as the mother's country. And said "You must follow True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and humankind and perfect the dutiful way of filial piety in your family" towards the participants.

Then Rev. Chung-hwa Kwak, International President of IIFWP, told everyone to give a bow to True Parents. True Father said, "This bow will be remembered", and left the stage in the midst of a loud clapping from the leaders of the world who attended the 3 days of the Cheon Il Guk Leaders Assembly.
