Chungshim Bakery Commemorative Opening Ceremony - Delicious Bread Full of Grandmother’s Love

On June 8, 10 am, the Chungshim Bakery Commemorative Opening Ceremony was held in front of the Chungsuseongbok-jeon (Store) with Dae Mo Nim. To celebrate the ceremony around 200 people including presidents of the Chungshim organizations and families of the Chungshim staff gathered.

The emcee for the Commemorative Opening Ceremony was Rev. Jae-sun Choe, Director of the Progress Department, which was then followed by a report prayer by Rev. Yong-ho Ha, President of Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center, and then a progress report by Director Yeong-ho Cheon, Chungshim Distribution, followed by Dae Mo Nim’s Words, cake cutting, and ended with 3 cheers of Eok-manse.

Director Cheon reported the progress until the establishment of the Chungshim Bakery, “For the past 12 years, without missing a day, we have provided the morning bread for Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center. Under the instructions of Dae Mo Nim, we built this new facility with modernized machinery to produce better quality and hygienic safe bread for True Parents and the True Children. Chungshim Bakery will do the best to support our grandmother who bakes bread for her lovely grandsons and daughters and spread the heart of love and care to all families.”

Then Dae Mo Nim gave the following words, “The bread that they bake in the cities are using chemical materials and low quality materials however, we are always baking with high quality materials always thinking about the health of our members.”

The Chungshim Bakery was promoted by Dae Mo Nim from Chungshim Confectionery on January 28. The foundation construction started promptly on January 29 and needed around 80 days to finish on April 18. On April 22, it received the franchise license and finally on June 8, the Chungshim Bakery opened.

Furthermore, the Chungshim Bakery Café was built in 2 weeks starting from May 14, which made it possible for all time fresh delivery of bread and cake for members who order.

On April 27, at the Prayer for Completion, Dae Mo Nim asked to not to use low quality materials or any sort of preservatives and always bake bread from high quality material.

Chungshim Bakery sells cake, strawberry bread and variety of other breads as well as Korean rice cakes. Also, the café sells Espresso, Green Tea Latte, kiwi juice and many other types of beverages for the members.

Mrs. Chieko Miyato (30,000 Blessed Couple) and Junko Suzuki (30,000 Blessed Couple) who attended the Commemorative Opening Ceremony said, “It’s my first visit here but I didn’t know the building has changed so beautifully. From now on we’d like to visit this place with our families.” Also, Chiho Kawamitsu (400 million Blessed Couple) who attended the ceremony with her children said, “Now I don’t have to go all the way to Seorak to buy bread but now I can come attend the Holy Song Session and then return home with freshly baked bread,” and shared their joy for the opening of the Chungshim Bakery.

Centering on Dae Mo Nim’s words, the Chungshim Bakery will provide high quality and fresh bread that all can trust through the new facility and hygienic environment, and become the pride of Chungshim Group and create a place where families could rest and exchange cultural experiences with others.
