Orientation for the ‘136th Chung Pyung 40-day Special Workshop for
International Blessed Children’, July 8, 209

The ‘136th Chung Pyung 40-day Special Workshop for International Blessed Children’ (July 8 ~ August 16, 2009) started with around 70 English speaking members and around 30 French members, a total of 100 Blessed Children have gathered for the workshop. This year, there are 7 active leaders who will take care of the workshop.

From 2:30 pm, Lecturer Moon started the Opening Ceremony for the workshop and Christopher Olsen, leader for the workshop, offered the representative prayer. After the prayer, Rev. Dong-bae Kim, International Department, was introduced to the stage and gave a brief opening statement.

On this day, True Parents arrived from USA and entered the Cheon Jeong Gung Museum. Rev. Kim mentioned this and said that already, we are having grace and blessings from True Parents and really hoped that members would inherit much Heavenly Fortune and gain spiritual experiences.

Then there was the introduction of the staff, who will be helping out with registration, questions about Ancestor Liberation and Blessing Ceremonies, and so on…

Rev. Kim then gave a lecture, for over an hour, an introduction to Chung Pyung Works and its history.

After the great lecture from Rev. Kim, members were divided into teams, teams that they will orientate their lives during the 40 days.

There are many programs prepared this year for the members to enjoy their great stay here at the Restored and Perfected Garden of Eden, under the guidance of Heung Jin Nim and Dae Mo Nim.
