11.16 Second Generation Blessing Ceremony by True Parents

On November 16, from 11 am, the “11.16 Second Generation Blessing Ceremony’ took place with True Parents as the Main Officiator, and on this day from Korea, Japan and from 28 nations, beautiful brides and grooms of 173 blessed couples with around 1,200 parents and others celebrated this magnificent event at Cheonseong Wanglim Palace, Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center.

In the evening of 14, True Parents called the eligible 2nd Generations to Cheon Jeong Gung Museum and matched them. The newly matched 2nd generations came to Chung Pyung Training Center the following day and had conversations and prayed together at Jeongshim Won (Prayer Hall), Tree of Blessing, and the Water of Heaven.

The ceremony started with President Joon-ho Seok, FFWPU-Korea, offering the Opening Address, who was also the MC. The True Family, including Hyung Jin Nim attended this Blessing Ceremony.

The ceremony then was followed by the singing of the Cheon Il Guk Anthem, Invocation by President Young-seok Song, FFWPU-Japan, Declaration to Heaven and Blessing Address by Hyung Jin Nim, International President of FFWPU. After the entrance of the officiators, True Parents, the Holy Water Ceremony, Affirmation of the Vows, Exchange of the Rings, Proclamation of the Holy Blessing was held by True Parents.

Through the Invocation of the Blessing, True Parents gave the blessing,

“Through the Blessing your True Sons and Daughters inheriting God’s unchanging lineage with the True Love nature becoming part of the Heaven’s lineage so that these blessed 2nd generation couples could liberate this land and fulfill God’s Ideal World. Please love your children and bless them so that they can inherit God’s true lineage.”

After the Proclamation of the Holy Blessing by True Parents, the representative couples of the newly bride and grooms presented flowers and commemorative gifts to True Parents.

Geun-Ryung Park, Former Chairwoman of Yookyeong Foundation, gave the following congratulatory remarks,

‘I first offer my deep gratitude to True Parents who have held this 11.16 Second Generation Blessing Ceremony by True Parents for the fulfillment of God’s Ideal World. You are the peace apostle who will realize peace under True Parents’ command. Peace doesn’t come about because of science and religion but of True Parents’ amazing works. I also received the blessing on 10.16 True Parents’ Cosmic Blessing Ceremony and have started my life as a blessed family. Peace does not exist far away but from within the family. Blessing is Heavenly Fortune itself that we receive from Heaven. However, the responsibility to practice this blessing is upon us. We should follow True Parents’ life and become champions and return dutiful filial piety to True Parents”.

Congratulatory song was sang by Two Rivers Choir who sand the ‘Perfect Love’ and really congratulated the newly blessed brides and grooms for their new start. Following the instructions of the MC, the brides and grooms stood up and bowed to True Parents and then bowed to their own parents who were attending the ceremony in the back, expressing their gratitude.

With the 3 cheers of Eok-mase by True Parents, the 11.16 Second Generation Blessing Ceremony by True Parents finished with great atmosphere with smiles and joy filling the event hall.
