International Blessed Children 40-day Workshop tour to Cheon Jeong Won - 2010 True Love Global Unification Camp: 1st Day

Every year a 40-day workshop is prepared for the Blessed Children from around the world here in Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center under the guidance of God and True Parents, Heung Jin Nim and Dae Mo Nim. For the Blessed Children to have a great time internally and externally, Dae Mo Nim has prepared various programs that are fun, exciting and extraordinary. One of the many exciting programs is the trip to Pine Ridge Resort (Cheon Jeong Won) a place where True Parents rested and restored their health after the Helicopter Accident in 2008. After their recover, True Parents gave a calligraphic writing, Cheon Jeong Won and subjected it as a Holy Ground and told members that to visit the Holy Ground where True Parents had their substantial resurrection.

On July 11, the 125 members of the 145th International Blessed Children Chung Pyung 40-day Special Workshop got on 3 buses and departed Chung Pyung training center after the morning Holy Song Session. Before heading to the Pine Ridge Resort, the members arrived at the Demilitarized Zone near the Pine Ridge Resort. The purpose for the members to be there was to understand the reality of a divided nation and see it for themselves. And try to understand the heart of True Father when he ran away from the North invasion to the South.

As soon as the members arrived at the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) they were gathered at a hall given a letter and an envelope. After a brief explanation about the DMZ and hearts of the South Koreans by a Korean guide the members wrote a letter to their ambassadors back at their nation. It was a time for members to write in their own words the wish and hope for the unification of North and South Korea. There were also a time for prayer centering on Mr. In-pyo Moon, the lecturer for the International Blessed Children Workshop. Each member truly prayed for the unification of Korean peninsular which will lead to world peace.

After staying at the DMZ for an hour the members then got onto the bus and went to Pine Ridge Resort. As soon as they arrived they were welcomed by buffet style food at the beautiful restaurant 'Iris'.

After being satisfied the beautiful food, members were sent to their rooms and then gathered once again to the restaurant and were briefed about a small tour of the Resort. Following the guide, members gathered around the calligraphic writing stone 'Cheon Jeong Won' and was explained about the Resort and the calligraphic writing. Then the members were guided to True Parents' condominium, where True Parents stayed and recovered. After a brief explanation and a deep unison prayer members were then shown the lake where True Father fishes.

After a beautiful yet heartwarming tour, the members were then taken to the Azalea Spa to refresh. Since most Blessed Children were from countries that have no culture of public bath and sauna, the children were extra-excited about the types and spacious baths. They all had fun experiencing the different baths and sauna at the Jimjilbang. The Jimjilbang is one of the famous sauna styles of Korea and the children were surprised and excited of the types of sauna.

After the exciting bath experience and a big new day on the following day, the members got to their rooms around 10:30 PM and slept.

After having arrived from far away not knowing what to expect, the members really seemed to be happy going to this tour.
