Chung Pyung Special Workshop Organized by Taiwan Headquarters

From 8.20-23 by the heavenly calendar (solar: October 5 ñ 8), a 'Chung Pyung Special Workshop' was held by the Taiwan Headquarters at Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center. A total of 29 members, including 2 staff from Taiwan Headquarters, enjoyed their stay at Chung Pyung. Most of these participants were parents and relatives of existing members in Taiwan.

The participants arrived at Chung Pyung Training Center in the evening of October 4 and began their workshop from 10:00 am at the Small Hall. Although the participants were explained briefly about Chanyang Yeoksa Session it was rather difficult for them to attend. At the first lecture, the participants were explained about Chung Pyung Training Center and mainly about the method and attitude one should have during Chanyang Yeoksa Session.

As the first day progressed, the participants also attended Rev. Jae-sun Choi, Director for Progress Department, Chung Pyung Training Center, lecture about Ancestor Liberation and Blessing Ceremony as well as a lecture presented by Rev. Myeong-gwan Lee, General Director of Chung Pyung Training Center, who lectured 'Grace of Chung Pyung Works'. Following the lectures, the participants had a chance to go up the mountain to the Tree of Blessing and offered deep prayers and were moved by the beautiful sceneries that Chung Pyung offered during this beautiful season.

On the second day, after attending the morning Chanyang Yeoksa Session, the participants then went on a pilgrimage. They visited the Cheong-a Camp (CheongShim International Youth Center), CheongShim Peace World Center, and CheongShim Village in the morning and then CheongShim Graduate School of Theology and CheongShim International Academy in the afternoon. They first visited the Cheong-a Camp and were educated about purity. Then when they visited the CheongShim Peace World Center, they were took on a brief tour around the facility and then watched a video presentation that explained the value, meaning and recent events held at the venue. After viewing the rooms and facilities at CheongShim Village the members returned back to the Training Center for lunch and then visited the Graduate School and Academy and learnt their purpose and role as educational facilities.

The second day was also the starting day of a Chung Pyung Special 2-day Workshop, therefore, the participants attended the 2-day workshop with other blessed families and members.

The third day, and 2nd day for the 2-day workshop, ended at noon and then the participants enjoyed Sauna and other buildings in Chung Pyung to have a rest of the recent busy activities.

The fourth and last day of the workshop started with a lecture by the Taiwan lecturer. They also had a chance to visit the CheongShim International Medical Center as well. The participants attended two lectures by the Taiwan lecturer who lectured about 'Foundation day' and 'Importance of Sincere Devotion and Hoon Dok Hae as a Blessed Family'.

All the participants who were really not members enjoyed their workshop here at Chung Pyung. They went through the schedule and received much grace and blessings from Chanyang and climbing up to the Tree of Blessing. When they left for the airport on October 9 early morning, not one seemed to be regretting but seemed sad to leave Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center.
