The following is an excerpt of Dae Mo Nim's words which was spoken on 12.29 by the heavenly calendar (Feb. 9, 2013) to the W-CARP Japan New Staff Chung Pyung 30-day Workshop members. (Edited: Department of Education and Planning, Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center)

Did you receive much grace during this time? Since you are young it's better if you could learn Korean. True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind always emphasize to learn Korean. It's not going to be easy for you to understand heavenly parents' Will, creativity and culture when you go to the spirit world without understanding Korean. But because you are young you can study a lot. Please study Korean so next time we meet you don't have to listen to the interpretation to understand me. I am grateful to you for attending this 30-day workshop before you start your public life.
True Parents said, "From 2013 until 2020 you must do your best. We must be restored to a position where we can prosper with or without True Parents by the year 2020." Then True Parents repeatedly emphasized, "We must restore the nation and establish it". That is why members must be one heart, one body and one mind with True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind.
I've met with heavenly parents until now through the Chung Pyung Works. Whenever I offer prayer He would speak words about True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind. True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind became one with heavenly parents with one heart, one body and one mind. True Parents understands what heavenly parents is wishing when looking into His eyes or seeing Him sitting down. Looking at all what he has achieved it's safe to say that he has prepared the environment and culture so that heavenly world and the good world could be established. They have established the standard of filial piety, saints and sages. These are the words of heavenly parents talking about True Parents. He said that True Parents will achieve everything.
Through the principle, we know about heavenly parents and True Parents, the creation of Adam and Eve as well as the world from the Fall until now. True Parents revealed all of the secrets one by one. We are living our lives with all of the revealed information. If that is the case then we should be standing in a position where we could do more, but in reality we are unable to do so. It is because we are unable to have one heart, one body and one mind with heavenly parents. We must all have the sense of responsibility of 'Because I am the owner of this providence I must do this'. We have to develop the Will and make sure that our descendants could live the life of an ideal of creation of heavenly parents. If you do your best with such strong desire then heavenly parents and True Parents will help us. When we go out to witness thinking that we are alone then that is how it would turn out. If you change your mind thinking, it's not just me but I have heavenly parents, True Parents and the absolute good spirits with me, then they will help you. Then you have to enter their realm of heart and do your best.
When I started Chung Pyung Works I soon realized that I couldn't do it without being diligent. I couldn't have done it if I slept until 9 or 10 in the morning and sleep early at night. True Parents would normally sleep at 12:00 am and wake up at 2:30 am. Why did he do this? It is because he has to consider many things. He needs to offer sincere devotion and take everything into consideration. Because he is thinking about Korea, Japan, and America and offering sincere devotion he laments about the 2 hour sleep. It's much more difficult for those who serve him. It is difficult for them because they don't have the same sense of responsibility as True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind. True Parents understands that the descendants can live happily after True Parents achieves his Will while he is still on earth. That is the standard of sense of responsibility that True Parents carries. Since he is within the realm of heart of heavenly parents, he doesn't get tired and can keep on working. But we cannot do this. We all have the thought, 'This is probably good enough. I will do it from now to then' which makes us not naturally come up with energy and passion. It doesn't matter who you are you cannot understand this just by your head. You must practice this. It's meaningless if you don't practice what you know.
You learnt the principle during this time period. I'm sure there were many lectures and Divine Principle lectures. When you return home you cannot start thinking, 'Since I couldn't sleep at all during the workshop I'm going to sleep. If I can't get rid of my fatigue after 1 or 2 days sleep then I will sleep for a week. If a week doesn't work then I will sleep for a month!' You have to practice the principle as soon as possible. Practicing is the most important thing. When you practice things that you never knew to do then your dreams starts to come true. Your dreams and responsibility will not come true just thinking about it without practicing it.
Please do your best when you return home. The greatest strength that you have is your 'youth'. That is great quality. With your youth you must ensure the fulfillment of True Parents' wish and Will. For this you must be one heart, one body and one mind and exchange opinions with each other and when you move forward looking for something better then you will definitely succeed. Those who witness in the world of providence and did their best are wealthy people. Those who become pastors and become national messiahs and restored their home town will be respected by everyone. If you made your decision to work for CARP then please fulfill your responsibility and become successors.
There are many publishing about the secret of success. You must read many books that has marketing strategies and business success stories to be successful in the modern society. There are also books that explain human relationships. It's not about understanding and obeying the society but to know what they are pursuing to understand the society.
You are able to study theology (Study of True Parents and Cheon Il Guk Spirituality) and Study of Church Management here at CheongShim Graduate School of Theology. The reason why we have the Study of Church Management is because it's difficult to manage a church with only the pastor who speaks at the podium and offers a prayer. It's important to think about each member and bestow words that is right when you manage a church. Your perspective leads to development and restoration. If you learn church management and heavenly parents and True Parents then you are able to become great leaders. The professors here at CheongShim Graduate School of Theology teaches Church Management so you can use this wherever you go.
You studied the principle, words and the spirit world for 30 days. Do you believe that 'You can become a pastor who will fulfill their responsibility in Japan?' Can you do your best? ('Yes!') To achieve this you must be healthy. Then, your thought is important. Don't be negative towards everything but be positive. If you are always positive and have love then nothing can't be achieved. Ladies and gentlemen, please come to Chung Pyung whenever you face difficulties and do your best to support the development of Japan. Please don't forget that you are the proud youth of Unification Family and become precious sons and daughters of filial piety.
