Regarding the Declaration of "The Great Transition to the Realm of Dominion of the Ideal of Creation."

In directing the Providence in the third year of the Cheon Il Guk, True Parents declared "The Great Transition to the Realm of Dominion of the Ideal of Creation" on May 4th (please refer to the benediction). The background for the proclamation is as follows:

1) True Parents offered "God's Coronation Ceremony" on 13 January 2001 to Heaven and opened the Era of the Cheon Il Guk to realize the original world of creation.

2) In 2002, True Parents directed the Rally for the Declaration of the Unity and Completed Settlement of the Parents of Heaven and Earth (June 21), the Rallies for the Realm of Life of the Unity and Completed Settlement of the Parents of Heaven and Earth (August 10 to 13) and the Rallies for the Harmony and Unity of Heaven and Earth (October 16 and 20) followed by the "Holy Burning Ceremony for the Peace, Unity and Liberation of Heaven and Earth" and blessed all blessed families as "Owners of the Cheon Il Guk."

3) In 2003, the third year of the Cheon Il Guk, on their birthday (February 6th ; sixth day of the lunar new year), True Parents held "The Holy Marriage Blessing Ceremony of the Parents of Heaven and Earth Opening Cheon Il Guk" and "The Coronation of the King of the Blessed Families of the Peace and Unity of the Cosmic True Parent and the True Parents of Heaven and Earth". Centering on God's Kingship, they established the Cheon Il Guk and settled themselves as the ancestors of goodness of the original creation through "The Holy Marriage Blessing Ceremony" which they referred to as "marriage registration". "The Coronation of the King of the Blessed Families" was to settle the Cheon Il Guk on earth centering on God. Then they founded the "Family Party for Universal Peace and Unity" on March 10th to begin the providence to substantially build the Cheon Il Guk.

4) On these foundations, on 4 May 2003, at the Sunday Pledge service, True Parents called Korean and Japanese representatives on the phone to have them conditionally participate together with American representatives present, he opened a new chapter of the new providence with the benediction for "The Great Transition to the Realm of Dominion of the Ideal of Creation". Then on May 10th, Father emphasized once again the "Absolute Realm of the Ideal of Reciprocity". Finally, on May 16th, Father announced "the beginning of the substantial new age" in the presence of leaders representing Korea, Japan, America, North East Continent and the rest of the world.
