Who is a Leader?

Members are the UM movement. Leaders come and go, the people remain. TF does not exist to setup a structure, he has been sowing seeds his whole life in hopes beautiful trees would grow. When I started to ask him, in Alaska around a campfire 8 years back..."Father, there are many ex-missionaries from foreign countries back in America who......" before I could continue, he reading my mind via telepathy or God directly talking said, "The most important mission is Tribal Messiah, they should be building the Kingdom in their Hometowns". I was going to suggest TF gather up these missionaries that who are very capable and assign them missions of leadership in the USA. He was very clear....grassroots/with-the-people Kingdom Building is the most important work one could do...not building a leadership structure. He then stated..."Just don't forget the TPs because without them in your hometown you can't have the K of H. This statement has a very deep implication.

Our movement has spent over 90% of the funds donated or generated over the years on conferences to sow seeds of Messiah Consciousness or Kingdom Building in the Worlds Population, with no strings attached, just return to your area of life/career and be a better person and multiply the goodness around you.

The UM is not the temporal leadership structure than consists of mentally and emotionally sick people...we all are deteriorated humans...but it is the thought-form consciousness of heartistically Building Our HFs Kingdom.

The buck stops we me and you of failure to build in our hometowns and not with the struggles of fallen leaders.
