The position of seeking to convert contacts to our "church" rather than understanding that True Parents did not come to establish another church or political structure is wrong. Because of the failure of the Christianity, other religions and spiritual groups to receive TPs, become their disciples and assist in building the Kingdom on Earth, TPs had to walk the wilderness course, rebuild the foundation to receive the Messiah and struggle with the associated problems that should have been worked out over 2,000 years; in 40 years. TPs came to educate the leaders of the world, who were already at the top of the growth stage and give the blessing. He did not come to gather from the highways and byways the ragged multitudes. Unfortunately He has had to deal with endless manure; especially power struggles and the fallen nature of TF's leaders seeking political positions within UC or little kingship domains to uplift their lacking self worth.

Father has taught that Abel exists to serve Cain; that the Parent wants their children to grow up and become better than themselves; that Abel sacrifices themselves for Cain. He instructed us to proceed doing Home Church by serving like cutting people's grass -- meaning finding out their needs and helping; As you expressed being sensitive to their intellectual and personalize cultural situations. A True Parent identifies each individual child's strengths and weaknesses. They grow each child with carefully tailored education and experiences that have the greatest opportunity for success. Someone in earlier years mentioned how you don't give steak to a baby, but milk. When I was pioneered the Philippines we taught each contact the DP over many months and gained the first 425 members without having one workshop or crash DP lecture presentation. Haste makes waste.

We must follow TP's example. TF has had 10,000s of cross fertilizing conferences to sow seeds of higher consciousness that he trusts will blossom into mature world citizens in the long run. Witnessing does not mean teaching contacts to become part of our church or telling people how we have the "higher truths" but means letting people see God alive within us or the absolute truth working within us; they witness a lifestyle or consciousness of heart that they decide they want and then naturally ask to know how we became this way. When I was in Kuwait if I did not respect where each individual was coming from and the culture I would have been kicked out with 1 week. I went into peoples homes and turned off their TVs and pulled cigarettes out of their mouths, quoting the Koran and challenging them to become True Muslims. Over time many, many were studying DP. Most people who visit my home or come into contact with my children while they are working, remark how beautiful my children are, this is witnessing. We are all on spiritual paths of growth and our commission from TP is to guide each of our contacts into a more vertical path from where they are presently at; many will crash and fall if we put them onto a path too steep.

Discussing true parenting vs self-righteous converting -or- members having self-esteem problems needing to give a good report vs mature members raising each human they contact with digestible food. TF told us that everyone person we see we must feel with love this is my child and feed them. Be careful of tact consciousness for a great many contacts will feel the insincerity.
