You know about the Nation of Cosmic Peace and Unity, Cheon Il Guk? But, you may not have heard the meaning behind that nation so much. We established the God's Kingship. We could proclaim Adam and Eve's nation. Since Father proclaimed it, he connected it with the 50-state tour. Presenting the religious people, he had the gathering on May 8th. He proclaimed to the political people at Capital Hill on May 15th. And, he again proclaimed at the UN on May 26th. He went to various places such like America, Alaska and Korea, and he proclaimed the God's Kingship again and again. How many times he proclaimed the God's Kingship! One reason of the tragedy on 9/11 was that we have not proclaimed the God's Kingship for even 8 months. Father did the life of proclaiming God's Kingship, but how about us? That's one reason for the tragedy.

How important is it for us to realize the meaning of the Coronation of God's Kingship? Because of the Coronation, Adam and Eve could proclaim the Chong IL Guk nation in Korea at a gathering of the Nation of Cosmic Peace and Unity speech tour. True Mother went to Japan for the same purpose from Nov. 5th to the 12th. The 8-city tour in America started at UB. It's also for the Nation of Cosmic Peace and Unity. It's the real meaning behind Mother's speech in America. This tour of the Nation of Cosmic Peace and Unity has a meaning that Father anoints ambassadors for Peace. And, one of Mother's responsibilities is to embrace all the Ambassadors for Peace from Korea, Japan and America. We are creating a world of Peace Ambassadors.

What is our relationship with them? According to Father's words, we know the Divine Principle and Blessing more than them, so we have to show the model of Ambassadors for Peace. Father officially proclaimed the Nation of Cosmic Peace and Unity (Cheon Il Guk, for short) as God's Nation on 11/15, 42nd True Children's Day. Everyone over 18 years old must register and receive the ID card. By having that ID card, we should attend Heavenly Father as the representatives of True Parents by living for the sake of others, and perfect the ideal family, and realize the inter-religious, international organization. All the blessings will be exchange blessings. In America, Father wants the black and the white to be blessed. Wealthy people will be blessed with poor people. Those who have positions will be blessed with those who don't, and we can realize equalization of Cheon IL Guk.

Our position is the position of 3rd creator. God, True Parents and we are lords of creation as three generations. We have to do what father couldn't do when he was young, so we must do in the place of Father. In real sense, Adam and Eve were greater than God. God created only Adam and Eve. And if they had not fallen, they could have created more human beings than God. Parents want their children to be greater than them. The object partner have to be greater than the subject partner. At the time of Creation, God created with absolute faith, absolute love and absolute obedience. We need to have those more than God. We get the ID card and then we have to set the constitution of that Nation. Father's words become the constitution. We need to practice Father's word with absolute faith. We have to restore our tribes and let them register in Chong IL Guk by 2004. We have to even force our relatives to give them the blessing and lead them to that nation. How many our relatives can we make send to the world? Father said that Japanese sisters must not think to die in Japan, but outside.

I realized that the determination of Japanese missionaries reached to higher levels. One sister who arrived in Mississippi had a religious visa. She could stay 2 years, leaving 3 children behind in Japan. Two sisters arrived in Louisiana. One brought a four-year-old child. She will do her best to bring 144,000. We have 22 sisters in New York and 80 across the country and they have new determination. We need to restore our tribes, the nation and out to the world. Members in America must have a new level of determination and go out.

I heard that when Father left for Hawaii, he told Hyun Jin Nim to restore everything at this time. That is the same for us as his children. We need 10 times more determination than Last True Children Day. By 2004, we have to restore the nation, and then, the Nation of Cosmic Peace and Unity should be realized in 10 years.

We need to train the 2nd Generation spiritually. Otherwise, they will be defeated by Satan. We need to search father's heart, and make 2nd Generations work with Hyun Jin Nim.

Next year on February there is True parent's birthday. The day before, the 16th, will be the day of the 400 million couples' blessing. So, we are planning to have 6,000 newly matched couples. America's responsibility is to send 100 couples. Moreover, next year on April 28th, is the commemoration day of True Parents Wedding. One day before it is the day of the 144,000 clergy blessing. We don't have so much time when you think of it to bring the young people and the clergy. We have so many events. The first priority is how to bring the young matching couples to Korea and then the clergy. Each one is one step to the goal.

As I feel in America, how can we convey True Father's heart to each member in America as soon as possible? Father said, "Make the system by which True Father's direction is conveyed to every member in America in an instant. If Father's tear and your tears become one, we can attain everything." In Japan, in 15 minutes all the directions of Father come to every member.

Now is the time when many missionaries go back to Japan. We don't see so many. It is a crucial time for us to develop ourselves. My desire for you is to raise your local members to be responsible and for those who are already responsible to raise others to be responsible. I mention this to you because you are the leaders. What is Father's aim to move this nation? How do we bring American Leaders to the blessing? What kind of ministers we need to bring American Leaders? This is important. We don't have so much time and God is expecting us to be serious so much. America can move the world. Let's be awake to understand our responsibilities.
