Dear team leaders and all members in the world.

The missionaries who came to United States at the beginning of October, have already spent the half of the time of their staying in US and just began to run the latter half of their time here. From now on each one of us has to set a reliable goal based on the results we gained so far. About a hundred missionaries at the church headquarter in NY could hear the speech that president Chang Shik Yang made in Korea in the evening of 15th.

Rev. Peter Kim and I went to the Hotel Reno in Las Vegas in order to understand the facts of what happened with HJN on the 27th of October. When you fall from a place very high normally your head hits the ground first because it's heavier than other parts of your body or in other case some parts of the body can be either smashed or broken. But Young Jin Nim had no injury on his body despite the fall from 17th to 2nd floor. That's why I could confirm the fact that angels sustained his body as Dae Mo Nim later spoke or the pastor's wife of Queens church wrote in her letter when she became a medium to spiritual world.

At Jesus time Satan invaded his nation at first then invaded his tribe, his family. However, if three disciples had defended Jesus finally, he would not have been crucified. Today Satan who wants to invade True Parent, in the beginning tried to invade blessed families then tried to invade True Children and in the end to invade TP who are Satan's final target. One medium and even Hung Jin Nim have once said "It's difficult for Father to overcome number 9 like 79 years old and the year 1999 Young Jin Nim was worried about it very much. He seemed to have decided to become a sacrifice instead of Father if he could protect True Father's life. During the flight on my way to Korea with Father, Father asked me "How do you think about the incident of Young Jin Nim." Then Father said to me "Now the time in which everything can turn in our favor is rapidly coming. It was necessary to have an offering at this time. Seven persons must go as the offering."

How about everyone of you!? Could you pray in your name with confidence after Father has given the permission to you to pray in your own name? Or do you feel ashamed or insecure of praying in your name? Yes, although the time has come that we can pray by our own names, blessed families unfortunately have not yet fulfilled the standard necessary to do it. Therefore we needed the offering to pay indemnity.

Young Jin Nim has paid more indemnity condition than Heung Jin Nim and the spiritual world are working with us more strongly now. President Clinton has sent the message to celebrate Father's 80 years birthday, for example. This is the copy that became the first celebrating message (applause). Then continuously messages have been sent from governors and senators.

Very soon in Chicago we will have a Hoon Dok Hae Conference where many ministers will participate. They will pay a $50 registration fee.

Father told everyone, "Don't be sad!" He spent the True Children's Day by applauding and singing the song of unification happily. In order for us to reward Young Jim Nim's love and sacrifice, it's the best way that we do our best and get results rather than just to feel sorrowful.

Colombia team (Kentucky)

Today, all the members went out to meet clergymen as a public relation activity. Members who can not speak English and American members who can speak English made pairs and visited churches without an appointment. It was a weekday so we did not expect that we could meet any ministers, but some team met 7 ministers in the churches they visited. In addition, they could meet the ministers who any American members had not been able to meet before. That is why we realized that God truly worked with us. TF instructed us that one sister should be in charge of 3 churches and she could bring 1 minister to blessing ceremony in Korea. That is our goal, but now that is not just a dream which we cannot accomplish. By the day's experience we came to believe that we can fulfill the goal if we trust in God. The results are that we made appointments with 8 people from 2 churches.

One member who lives here prayed with the thought that she wanted to be more useful, saying "Father, are you working with even us? If that is true , I want to see a rainbow". Then she could see a rainbow appear in the sky through a window. It was even a double rainbow. She realized that God hopes for us to do best we can do in our according to our own situations.

At the end of last month, one student from the Houston university promised to visit our center after he finished one of his exams. It took him one hour driving to come and see us. He was so impressed to hear story of TP that he promised to come again. Houston is very wide place and our center is located at the edge of the city, so we thought that it was difficult for a person living far from here to come. But we realized that a person who is seeking the truth would come no matter what distance he has to travel.

Two sisters dreamed a similar dream about a delivery on the 40th day. All members of the Peru missionary team in Columbus rode on something like a conveyer belt in the verge of delivery and they gave birth one after another. We realized that time now was imminent to give birth to spiritual children. This made us very happy and we could go out witnessing with much hope.

We invited Rev. Michael Jenkins from Chicago and held a Hoon Dok Hae Conference with ministers in their church with whom we have a very good relationship. They were so inspired that they promised to mobilize their people to 400 million couples blessing. We told them that Japanese missionaries came here and were working hard for the sake of God's will and America. by following Rev. Moon's direction. They performed songs and dances. Then ministers were eager to invite us to participate in their Christmas party at their church. We felt a great possibility of improvement in church witnessing after the HDH Conference.

Only 4 sisters are working in Harlem, but we held a meeting with ministers to introduce Japanese culture. We became very good friends with them and they were very glad to hear Japanese songs. They told us that through this meeting their image of Japanese women has changed.

One sister in the American team had a great victory. Five of her guests paid the $100 application fee. When she meets a person on the street, at first she only ask "Are you interested in this?" and she makes the person read 8 pages of the approach book, which include 6 pages for explanation and 2 pages for application. She also explains about the application fee of $100 and brings only persons who understand the value to our center and can pay the fee. She understands and follows the central person's wish and confidently shows the approach book to those she meets based on her deep prayer.
