What To Do When Away From STF

Directions given by MFT Captain Marina Berdoeva

1. Follow as much of the STF schedule as possible.

5 1/2 hours of sleep
1 1/2 hours of Hoon Dok Hae study (1/2 hour of Divine Principle study, 1/2 hour reading of The Way of the True Child, 1/2 hour of the Way of Unification)
1/2 hour more of Divine Principle before bed

Make mind and body unity.

12 minute prayer in the morning after Hoon Dok Hae.

21 minute lecture practice on what you read at Hoon Dok Hae.

7 minute prayer at night before 1/2 hour of studying the Divine Principle.

What to pray about: Do public prayers for God's provid3ence including: God, True Parents, Hyun Jin Nim, STF, the Israel providence, and the Korean providence.

You may not: watch TV or movies, use email or the Internet (except to study Father's or God's words on a Church web site), and no friends (including calling, contacting, or anything).

For the rest of the day you should study or do something to serve your family. You can study anything Church based, written by True Parents, the True Family, or high church officials that you can relate to or pertains to your mission.

Personally, my team captain asked me to print out more copies of speeches by Ture Children and bring them back to the van because Marina-oni cherished them so much.

Also I am to call her [team captain] every night at 6:00 p.m., For me to check up and report, and also to hear about plans for my return to the team.

Also I am supposed to do pledge in Korean and English every morning before Hoon Dok Hae.

Then I am supposed to set internal and external goals. (Things I want to actually accomplish.) The goals for the day are to guide me.

As I planned on going to our local church youth group, I was supposed to watch what I say about STF, not really talking about some of the crazy things that we do, because it would be hard for the younger blessed children to understand and it would scare them away. (So this is top secret information!)
