The Words of the Flores Family |
Dear Rev. Schanker,
Greetings again from Japan! The steering committee of our Filipino-Japanese Blessed Families here in Japan have been working and closing our ranks in preparation for the summer seminar. We have send invitations and information regarding this upcoming seminar and made intensive follow-up to our members all throughout Japan but we did not anticipate the sudden conflict of schedule between the seminar and respective works of majority of our members beyond our control. We could hardly get a general consensus of attendees due to conflict of schedule and other factors.
As much as we wanted to hold the seminar with you as our speaker, the organizing committee wants to postpone the seminar to a more favorable date when everyone could be made available. We don't like to waste such precious moment of your lecture without the presence of the majority of our Blessed Family members who will be missing some very important spiritual guidance from you.
We are really so sorry for the sudden changes of decision of our group and we seek apology and your understanding if ever we caused you inconvenience. I hope you could give us another chance should we invite you again in the near future when we have settled for the right date and time of the seminar minus the hassle. In behalf of the organizing committee and all Filipino-Japanese couples here in Japan, we send you our sincere apology.
Respectfully yours,
Jun Flores
