Middle East Peace Initiative with the American Clergy Leadership Conference

GENERAL POLICIES

REGISTRATION

Please send your completed registration form to the IIFWP Secretariat via email at middleeastpeace@iifwp.org or send via fax to (914) 631-1308. If you handwrite the form, please use black ink and print very clearly. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the invitation process please feel free to contact us via our direct Conference Services Hotline at (914) 631 8681.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND MEALS

IIFWP will provide meals, hotel rooms on a double occupancy basis, and scheduled refreshment breaks during the course of the meeting. Single rooms may also be available for an additional charge of $50 per night. Participants are responsible to pay for food and drink outside of scheduled meals and refreshment breaks. Participants are also responsible for incidentals such as room service, telephone charges, etc.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

IIFWP will provide ground transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. The IIFWP does not pay for transportation between the participant's residence and their home airport.

LANGUAGE

This conference will be conducted in English only.

AIR TRAVEL

Go World, the conference travel agency will do its best to help you with your travel arrangements. Please indicate on the Registration Form whether you wish to have Go World handle your travel arrangements or if you prefer to make your own travel arrangements.

If you choose to make your own travel arrangements we will send you an additional form shortly.

Participants who wish to extend their stay, upgrade their ticket, travel to other destinations, or change their itinerary after a ticket has been purchased are responsible for any extra expenses. IIFWP does not cover personal expenses during travel.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY FOR LOSS

Participants are responsible to arrange their own travel insurance. The conference organization cannot take responsibility for any loss of private property or for any health or medical needs during travel or at the conference.
