Dear Family, Precious Sisters and Brothers,
As you may know, the 4th Original Divine Principle Workshop will take place in Las Vegas at the Riviera Hotel from February 4 - 8, 2010. True Parents are so serious about us inheriting their textbooks of True Love and the Way of Heaven. Attending the Original Divine Principle Workshop is therefore a very precious opportunity while True Parents are with us. They have already remarked how much they want to visit the members who'll be attending this 4th workshop. An official invitational memo was emailed to you from our National Pastor, Rev. In Jin Moon, on Jan 10th. What was not clarified in that memo was the registration and payment process required for every participant. Please see instructions below, which follow along the guidelines of previous ODP workshops.
All Registration Forms will be faxed, emailed, or handed in person to our District Secretary, Esther Vasquez, at D9 HQ in Dallas. If you have any questions, call Esther.
She will then take your form and enter it in the National Online Registry. This is per the instructions of National HSA-UWC HQ.
ODP Workshop attendees need to pay the Registration Fee by cash, check or credit card. The Special Donation can be paid in a similar manner, but has the added distinction of being able to be paid over time in installments. There is a pledge form for that. HQ has requested that when we do so, we complete our special offering within 6 months of our attending the ODP workshop.
To Register and complete your registration payment:
1. Fill out your D9 Registration Form. Fax it, email it or hand it in person to Dallas HQ.
2. Attach with it your payment via check, money order, (cash only in person), or by using a credit card payment form. Write "Registration" in the memo of your check/etc.
3. D9 HQ will email or call you to confirm receipt of your paperwork and payment, as well as your Donation.

Write "ODPW Donation" in the memo of your check/etc. If you choose to offer your special donation in installments, we encourage you to begin with some conditional amount that will allow you to complete your donation within six months following your workshop.

Important Points
The Registration Fee not only covers lodging costs, but also the cost of covered meals and the common meeting hall expenses, etc.
The Registration Fee, though payable to 'HSA-UWC' is NOT a tax deductible donation since it is a payment for those services mentioned above.
