I pray that the blessing and heavenly fortune of the victory of the Blessing of 400 Million Couples are with you. Following is information on starting family life for blessed couples who participated in the 400 Million Couples Blessing.

1. Those who were matched and blessed: They may start family after a 40-day abstinence period following the Blessing. However, when it is judged that they are too young to start family, leaders in each nation should give them a public mission according to the situation of their country, and let them begin family life after guiding their faith.

2. Re-blessed Couples: They may start family after a 40-day abstinence period.

3. Previously married couples: They may start family after a 40-day abstinence period.

I would like to ask the leaders of each country to give a thorough education in life of faith to the blessed couples of the 400 Million Couple Blessing -- even though they may not have a public mission period -- so that they can lead a life of faith on the level of blessed couples in the traditional way.
