Title: Thirty Percent Tithing

May the blessing of God and the Parents of Heaven and Earth be with you all.

In the speech on the eleventh 7.1 Jeol (Declaration Day of God's Eternal Blessing) on July 1 this year, the need for thirty percent tithing for the providence of the restoration of the fatherland was emphasized. Thirty percent tithing will be divided as follows: ten percent for the nation, ten percent for the churches in the nation, and ten percent for the world. This offering will be used for the settlement of God's kingship and the building of the fatherland. Continental directors and leaders of mission countries are asked to inform members of the speech content (see No. 2 below) and convey it to members well so that they can participate positively.

"God lost everything to Satan because of the fall of humankind, and on the basis of ten percent tithing has barely been able to continue. Ten percent is the formation stage. Now, through offering a tithe of thirty percent having the meaning of the growth and perfection stages, we have to make atmosphere to create the wonderful nation of God's sovereignty, greater than any nation in Satan's world. Because of the Coronation Ceremony of the Kingship of God, all Satan's authority came to God's side. Therefore, thirty percent, as a total offering of life, must come back to God's side.

Thus, we have to build an ideal nation through creating the environment, organizations for education, social organizations, roads as the basic infrastructure of a nation, and communications--all with a free-flowing structure for cultured people to live in. If a people invests everything and sacrifice more and more with God and True Parents, that people will become the central people in front of God, staying close to Him. This movement will develop throughout the world like a typhoon of the grace of world unification."

It was emphasized that all blessed families should participate in this.
