May God and True Parents' love and blessings be with all leaders who are striving to completely settle Cheon Il Guk in their respective mission countries.

The 2nd Fishing World Cup (please refer to official memo FFWPUI 2003-24, dated 28 April) will be held on Korea's southern fishing waters near Yeosu city-the inaugural tournament having been held in Japan in 2001. This event constitutes an important part of the Ocean Providence spearheaded by our True Parents throughout the course of their mission.

True Parents instructed that all countries send between 3 and 5 anglers for the 2003 Fishing World Cup. Leaders are asked to keep this in mind and find anglers who can come, in order to ensure the success of the event.

1) All national messiahs and national leaders are asked to contact their local fishing federations, associations and clubs in order to secure the participation of capable representatives from their respective mission countries.

2) If "1)" cannot be accomplished, members who are interested in fishing-including each nation's national leader-are asked to participate in the 2003 Fishing World Cup after participating in the 16th Foundation Day for the Nation of the Unified World (Oct. 3).

2) Through this event, by following up on building good relationships with the participants after their return to their home countries, the Ocean Providence foundation is to be further developed and extended.

3) Please send us the completed application form (using the attached file #2 of FFWPU 2003-24) with 2 photographs (size: 3x4 cm) by 5 September 2003.
