Dear Family,

The Fourth of July is when we as children of filial piety to God, patriots who love America as the Elder Son Nation, and Saints who strive to live for and bring peace to the world, remember in gratitude what God has done to bring forth a nation which was founded upon the core values of... "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness."

The Elder Son Nation was founded by brave men and women who were led by God's vision to create a model nation that could harmonize all races and religions. President Lincoln touched the heart of the nation by recalling these truths in the Gettysburg Address and the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. brought a new "consciousness" to America by bringing these self evident Truths forward in the "I Have A Dream" Speech in the March on Washington at the Lincoln Memorial.

Now the Blessed Central Families, Ambassadors for Peace and the ACLC Clergy are joining hand and hand to lift up this truth not only in America but for the whole world. We are marching together with the Universal Peace Federation to bring peace in the Middle East and the peaceful reunification of North and South Korea.

Never has there been a greater need for Patriots, Saints and Filial Sons and Daughters who believe that the one God of all mankind is one in the same for all people - that He loves all people - that he "inspired" America to be created to bring this kind of vision into reality. God's people must come together - Muslims, Christians and Jews and all faiths to bring about a new world - in which the guns fall silent and terror is dissolved in the hearts of all - until dialogue, service, sacrifice and love and family become the weapons with which we reconcile and enemies.

Rise up America - on this Fourth of July - we pray for America and pray that God's people will hearken to the hour at hand in which people of Love and Truth will inspire and guide America to fulfill the great destiny that God has laid out for this nation. We are to lead the world to "One Family Under God." True Parents and True Family are lifting up the banner and praying that America will fulfill all that is required. Let us resolve that we will fulfill the destiny of America by finding those patriots and saints who understand America's role and God's calling for this nation at this moment in history.
