Dear Family,

One year ago today, on August 20th, Rev. and Mrs. Sun Myung Moon as True Parents proclaimed the establishment of a new Realm of Chosen People. The chosen people has now been expanded from the firs Israel to all who stand as believers in the one God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. This is the "Realm of the Fourth Israel". This is also the date in 1985 when Father Moon was liberated from Prison.

Therefore through the blessing ceremony held today a Prayer of Blessing will be offered in love for all races, families and religious traditions. True Parents are asking God that this be a day of "forgiveness" for all past historical and personal mistakes of all nations and all people, allowing for a new beginning in God's history. True Parents with their authority as the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and All Humanity are now proclaiming a day of forgiveness and "pardon" for all the past mistakes of history.

To prepare for this day True Parents set a 30 day condition from July 20th to August 20th. The first 10 Days were in prayer to restore the Old Testament Era, The second 10 Days were to restore the New Testament Era (which Father spent in America), the third 10 days were in prayer for the restoration of the Complete Testament Era.

Now a new era of goodness will begin for all families, races, nations, religions and peoples.
