Securing Banquet Guests: To make the prayer breakfast/banquet program on December 13th an unqualified success, the American movement has been asked to make significant contributions to mobilizing guests for the banquet. Of the 3,300 expected participants, 300 will come from the IIFWP Summit. The remaining 3,000 will be invited by ACLC, AFC, WFWP, IIFWP USA and other affiliated organizations. The mobilization effort will be coordinated by Dr. Yang, Rev. Jenkins, and Rev. Flynn through the FFWPU Regional Directors, VRD's and AFC regional or state coordinators.

Confirming Participants for the Conferences and Banquet

Each region and state should establish a committee of leaders to supervise the outreach and confirmation processes. The FFWPU regional director will serve as chairman of this organizing committee. The FFWPU vice regional directors together with the AFC leaders will serve as co-directors of the outreach effort. Information packets for the AFC conference (American Leadership Conference) and other details will be sent out through the AFC network. AFC HQ in Washington DC (202-636-2850) will serve as the coordinating office for this conference. The primary responsibility for confirming guests to the ALC will be taken by the AFC leader in each state. The ACLC convention will be coordinated by the ACLC HQ in Washington, DC. Additional information, invitational materials, etc. will be provided soon. The detailed mobilization plan for the December 13th prayer breakfast or banquet is currently being finalized. Networking existing foundations will be the main method of outreach. The exact process of invitation and confirmation will be described in a subsequent memo. Each region will have responsibility to fill a number of tables according to their goals. (i.e. a goal of 100 participants means responsibility for 10 tables at the banquet.) 5. FINAL APPROVAL: (IMPORTANT!) AFC and ACLC HQ’s RESERVE THE AUTHORITY FOR FINAL APPROVAL AND MAY REFUSE SPONSORSHIP IF THE REGISTRATNT DOES NOT MEET THE CONFERENCE QUALIFICATIONS. 6. Spouses participation: With this great educational opportunity we want to reach as many people as possible. In some cases spouses may want to attend and may be qualified. However, if the spouse of a registered participant wants to attend, they must pay their own transportation costs and applicable registration fee. 7. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: The FINAL deadline will be at 12 noon (EST) on Wednesday, December 8th. NOTE: AFTER THIS DEADLINE, UNFILLED SLOTS WILL BE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED BASIS.
