True Parents went back to Korea this past Friday, the 28th, at 9:30 a.m. As you know, the day before that, Thursday the 27th, was Thanksgiving Day. When we finished Hoon Dok Hae on the 27th, True Father asked those who sat at the breakfast table with Father to go out fishing. Then Father explained more deeply about why Father needed to go back to Korea, after being here only ten days this time.

Father came here from Korea on the 18th. He left again the 28th. That means just ten days. Nobody expected that. One Korean leader called me and said, "Rev. Kim, what happened? Why isn't Father staying in America longer? Maybe you didn't fulfill your responsibility to catch Father."

So I said, "Well, I don't know exactly." But Father said this:

Then this year, the 34th year, Father said, now, I have to bring all the result and all the victories and all the providence based on 34 years in America, to Korea, and start to work to build the nation of the Fourth Israel.

So that's why Father needs to conclude this 34-year providence and engraft it to Korea. That's why Father said, "I have to go back to Korea and stay 34 days, until this year ends." Thirty-four days represents the equivalent of 34 years of True Parents' providence. That's why Father left the 28th, and Father arrived in Korea the 29th. Please count -- from Nov. 29th to Dec. 31st is exactly 34 days.

And before Father left, one day before Thanksgiving Day, the Hoon Dok Hae of Nov. 26th, a very significant development happened. We thought our idea of the number of participants who should be mobilized from each country for the Israel rally on Dec. 22nd, was already approved. Father had never mentioned clearly about the number.

But suddenly on the 26th, during Hoon Dok Hae, Father said, "America should be the center for the providence at this time. America should lead this, to restore the First Israel. So, in that sense, from America, you have to bring 360 ministers, and 360 rabbis, (which means, Judaism.) And 360 imams from Islam, and 360 Korean ministers, from America." So altogether, Father set our goal as 1,440.

Then Father made sure of the following point: that all these 1,440 religious leaders, as major religious leaders, should have at least 100 in their congregations. So that once we bring all 360 religious leaders from each of those religious groups, with at least 100 in their congregations, then all numbers will be 144,000. Can you count that?

Then Father proclaimed, "This is the time to fulfill the first resurrection centered on the religions. Not internally, based on our church side. But externally, based on Abel-type religious people, Father wants to perform the First Resurrection. So that's why, at this time, the Israel trip has two meanings, I think. The first one, as I already explained, is the First Resurrection centered on the major religions. The second meaning will need a little bit more explanation.

This year, the third year of Cheon Il Guk, we started the year with a spiritual storm, do you remember? Most of the members were mobilized to Korea. So what was the meaning of that? Even though many of us were just mobilized there and stayed around two weeks, right? Still, some of you may not understand what was the clear purpose, actually.

Father called us, 2,400 to Korea -- and Korea, Japan, America, altogether, I guess more than 7,200 families Father called -- the reason for that was that this year is the third year of Cheon Il Guk. That means the last year of the three years, which means, the growing period. This year Father should put the firm foundation to begin to build the substantial Cheon Il Guk. Substantial -- not the spiritual, not the religious realm of the nation. But the substantial nation on this earth.

By the third year at least, Father should begin to make the foundation for the substantial Cheon Il Guk. That's why this year Father made sure of two concepts: Cheon Il Guk, and the nation of the Fourth Israel. Father explained it this way: 1. Cheon Il Guk is the more religious, internal, or spiritual realm of the nation. 2. And the more substantial, external and real nation would be the nation of the Fourth Israel.

Because of this -- Because Father should start a substantial nation within this year -- Father called three nation's representatives, from Korea, Japan, and America, to Korea. Thus the opening of the Cheon Il Guk began in this way with True Parents Holy Blessing. The official title of Father's Blessing at that time was Cheon Il Guk. First, the substantial Cheon Il Guk, and then True Parents' Coronation Ceremony, which was even more substantial and more foundational.

Then this year, in August, Father finally proclaimed the nation of the Fourth Israel. Then based on that proclamation, Father started the Abel U.N., or Peace U.N.

Father made sure the goal and next step with Abel U.N. is to make the Peace Kingdom. So now we can see what Father wants to do. And how our Providence is going.

Anyway, in that sense, Father wants to start the Fourth Israel in Korea. But in order to begin to build the Fourth Israel, first of all, God and True Parents and we should deal with all the problems worldwide under the concept of First, Second, and Third Israel.

So that's why, in other words, we need to restore the First, Second and Third Israels, centering on the concept of world peace. That's why, conclusively, Father called for the Three Million Person Rally in the First Israel.

So far, since Father began his providence, so far, everything related with God's Providence was always just behind the actual human history. That means, always, God's providential things just followed, or chased, external human history. But this time gap became closer and closer.

For instance, in 1987, centered on Hyo Jin Nim and World CARP gathered in Berlin, we proclaimed the Breaking Down of the Berlin Wall. Then when did the Berlin Wall break down? After two years.

That means, in the 1950s, '60s, and '70s, Father would proclaim some providential thing. But at that time, our members couldn't recognize what was going on, because Father's providence was behind the actual history, by ten or 20 years at that time. But already by the end of the '80s, the gap had become just two years. Then now, God's providential course is moving together with current history.

Why? In order that humanity may substantially establish a world of peace. In order to establish world peace, what are the most troubled situations? We could say many things. But worldwide, we may point out two situations: One is the Middle East. The other is the North Korean situation. Is that true?

The Middle East is related to the First Israel. North Korea is directly related to the Third Israel. In order to solve this Middle East peace situation, and the North Korea situation, who has the most power, and which country can solve and lead this situation? Only America, as the Second Israel. That's why now, when we survey the whole worldwide history or worldwide situation today, everything related to the world's future now directly depends on these countries: the First, Second, and Third Israels.

So now, God's providential course is happening concurrently with human history. But I guess, sooner or later, God's providential things will pass. In other words, it will cease to be a separate course. God's providence will lead human history. Human history and God's history will become one. Do you follow me?

Now it's almost balanced or one. That's why Father wants to put 3 million people in Israel. And then initiate this Middle East Peace. Why? Not only providentially dealing with the restoration of the First Israel, but also Father wants to lead the whole peace movement, which is related with a solution for North Korea.

But always Father keeps this standard: that always the Abel figures should stand on the center. Which means that all major religious leaders should stand on the center to make a model of world peace in the Middle East. Therefore Father called 700 Korean, 1,000 Japanese, and America, with initially -- until a few days ago -- our goal was 500. New Jersey was supposed to send 70 people. But, because of this point, Father has added 144,000 internally for the First Resurrection.

So we go back to the question of what is the meaning of this current Israel mobilization providence. The first meaning is to gather the delegates for the First Resurrection. This is the first reason for this first time ever rally.

The second reason, you remember, is to restore the First Israel. Once we are able to restore the First Israel with a peace movement, then Father will be able to initiate the next step. That means something related to North Korea, by pushing and encouraging the American government and President Bush. That's why Father wants to put our whole power and energy and spirituality in that direction. That's why we have to go there. We must go there, as we did at the beginning of this year. We have to end this year with a providential storm.

Are you ready to run with this time's storm? Hopefully you've already received the letters that we sent out regarding that. I just wanted to share with you this additional understanding of God's providence regarding this time period, and the First Israel.

And one more thing, briefly: this coming Saturday Dec. 6, we will have an Ambassador for Peace Awards Banquet.

Some of you may think, "Oh, that's an outreach activity. Only those who are very active in outreach need to go there. I am not." Let us a little bit change our paradigm here. We need unity. If you are thinking "I'm not active with outreach," then you must come.

Why? You need to revive your heart and your spirit first. So, I have invited all our members to be there. And all our activities from all the various components are going to be there under one strong umbrella, which means, the International and Inter-religious Federation for World Peace, or IIFWP And of course, also, Ambassadors for Peace.

So at this time, the Ambassadors for Peace Awards Banquet is very important, not only for our providential foundation through outreach, but also to bring our members together in unity, and to gain together a shared concept.

So please, don't lose this opportunity. Everyone please come together, and let's look at what we have achieved. We can review our possibilities, and what kind of vision we have. Okay?

So, once again: We have a goal to send 191 participants to Israel. Since I received that number, I couldn't sleep. So, Father's practical direction is very clear. We have to send rabbis, imams, Christian ministers, and Korean Christian ministers from America.

Who actually originated from Jewish background, or Israel -- please raise your hand. So all of you are rabbis, okay? So please bring your rabbi friends. And who comes from the Middle East or Islamic world, please raise your hands. Imams! You are imams. So, please bring your imam friends. And then, all other Western members, are reverends, or ministers. Let's bring American ministers. And all Koreans people, should bring Korean leadership. This is what Father wants to accomplish by the end of this year's providence. So that's why this year, once we establish the model of God's kingdom -- which means the Fourth Israel -- based on this model, America will go that way.

So let us support our True Parents' providential will. Let's pray for True Parents to accomplish the final, engrafting 34 days providence successfully, in Korea. Thank you very much!
