1. Participants

Overseas chapter leader and member / Korean branch member / member of standing committee, director / non-member guest in leadership position who is interested in WFWP activities, has a good understanding of the Movement, and whom the contact person can take care of.

2. Number of Participants

Maximum 600 people

3. Registration (or Application) Deadline

Overseas - July 15, 2007 ~ Aug 10, 2007

Korea - Aug 11, 2007 ~ Aug 25 (ROK branches' quota: 8 people / in order of application)

4. Participation Fee

Overseas: $200 (to be paid in USD at Registration Desk) Air Fare, Ground Transport, Registration Fee: Individual Shuttle bus from Masok Station to Chunga Camp will run on arrival and departure days.* HQ will provide meals, accommodations and bus to Kumgangsan from Chung Pyung.

Korea: 400,000 won (to be registered after confirming deposit) Account: Standard Chartered First (formerly Jeil) Bank 325-20-276223 / (UN.NGO) WFWPI [Payment non-refundable. It may go towards another participant.]

5. Application Method

Overseas: Please collect the Registration Info on attached Registration Sheet for your Continent and send it in to the Regional (Continental) representative and Korean HQ.

Korea: Registration Info for international members living in Korea to be sent to WFWP Office, Ms Wonjung Kim below, by Aug. 25: Name, Country, Passport No., Address, Title.

6. Required for Visa to North

International (Overseas Korean resident, foreign resident in Korea): Copy of Passport, one Color Photo (3cm x 4cm; name on back if actual photo).

Korea (Korean): I.D. Card, Address, Color Photo (3cm*4cm)

Please send the above by email or post to reach the WFWP HQ by AUGUST 25, 2007.

7. Ground Transport: Incheon Airport <-> Masok (@2 hrs)

Go to Info Desks at Arrival Floor (near Exits 2, 4, 9, 13)

Buy a bus ticket to Masok (last stop, 13,100 won)

Leaves usually 40 min. past the hour (1-2 buses per hr) (from 06:40-21:40; please check at Info Desk for next bus)

Bus leaves outside Exit 8B, purple bus

Masok <-> Chunga Camp (in Chung Pyung, @30 min.)

Seil Travel shuttle buses provided on 10.28, 11.1. (free of charge)

There will be staff at Masok to guide you.

Note:

Cheonjeong Palace attire - TBA (No white formal required, but one business attire for Kumgangsan Convention needed)

All tours of Mt. Kumkang** will require hiking clothes and shoes (sneakers)

**Excepting the Convention and the Closing Ceremony at the Kumgangsan Hotel, the itinerary there will consist mostly of optional walking tours in the mountains. Pyongyang and other parts of the North are not included in this trip.

Pregnant women (5+ months) will not be able to participate
