On September 10th 1970, the staff members of the International Federation for Extermination of Communism headed for Japan, to take part in the 4th WACL Conference.
The Participants, invited by the director general of Japan's National Movement for Victory Over Communism, are Chairman In Chul Kim, Director In-Soo Han of the General Affairs Bureau, Director Jong-Young Yoo of the Propagation, Bureau, Director Jong-Bok Hong of the Youth Bureau, Director Chang-Sung An of the Ideological Institute, and Mr. Chung-Hwan Kwak of the Kyung Buk Provincial Branch, IFEC.
