Anyonghaseyo, dear brothers and sisters!
Here again some inspiration, based on the words of True Family:
True Father: "Once the love of God is consummated in your heart, you become the subject of your surroundings, no matter where you go." [1]
The more we learn to love the way God does, the more God can work through us. We will have more and more influence in the world and can advance God's providence more. And God will promote us, raising us higher:
True Father: "God will always raise up those who are on the side of true love, bringing them higher and higher..." [2]
The most important thing is to be on the side of divine love. To be on the side of divine love means to be on God's side.
True Father: "I have had a miserable course on this earth, but God will appreciate it forever. God will make me welcome in the center point of love. I only want to give you my true love. I don't want money; I don't want fame. I don't want all of America following me. I just want to be completely on God's side." [3]
By being completely on God's side, on the side of divine love, we become the central figures of heaven and earth:
True Father: "Those who live with the love of God inside their hearts are sons or daughters of God. These are the central figures of the whole universe who can govern heaven and earth. Love is the essential element enabling people to attain this position." [4]
Indeed, divine love has that power:
True Father: "My only principle is to live for the sake of loving mankind and God.
When I act out of love, I find that somehow things get done. From experience
I know that love is the greatest power." [5]
God and True Parents want us to grow our love to their level, certainly nothing less:
True Father: "Your gradient of influence and power is based on how much you are growing. Ultimately you will become like the original center, like a sun which generates energy rather than the moon which reflects energy. By practicing this you can come to fully understand my situation and God's loving heart. Only then can we have oneness and common pride between us. There is only one main stream, and it is connected to this way of life." [6]
Indeed, divine love is the mainstream. Only by focusing on it can we have true oneness with God and True Parents. Otherwise we are in different realms, on different wave lengths, not really connected.
True Father: "The person who invests love continuously without expecting a direct return becomes a central being, the one who inherits everything, and the person of greatest filial piety." [7]
Indeed, investing love without expecting anything in return makes us divine, makes us resemble God:
True Father: "It would be normal for you to love only those who respond to you in love. But when you sacrificially give of your love to those who are hostile to you, you begin to reflect the real quality of God's own love. True love moves in this way. Its quality does not change regardless of the response of the people." [8]
That is the way God loves, and that is the way God and True Parents want us to love as well. That is our destination, our first goal:
True Father: "Living in the image of God means having God's words becoming your words and God's love become your love. That is your first goal." [9]
Our first goal in life is to learn to love the way God and True Parents do. That makes us Heavenly people. And the great thing is that all of us have the capacity to do so. We only have to realize this, and use and develop this capacity with all our heart. It is not impossible and not too difficult. And it will not make us miserable, on the contrary:
True Father: "Therefore the true measure of your happiness is whether you are close to the central standard of true love. Happiness or unhappiness cannot be determined by how much money you have, but only by the purity with which you exercise true love." [10]
Practicing divine love will attract God's blessing, makes us subjects of our surroundings, deepens our relationship with God and makes us more and more God-like. And makes us happy and inspired people.
And Heung Jin Nim wants us to get there fast:
Heung Jin Nim: "I want to go inside your hearts and stretch them out". [11]
Also True Father and Jesus certainly want to do some stretching of our hearts, some transformation to higher levels of love. They want to guide and support us in our heartistic growth, show us the best way. But if we do not call them, they cannot come:
Heung Jin Nim: "But if you do not call us, there is a spiritual barrier that we cannot get through." [12]
That means we cannot expect those giants of love to just come and help us. We need to call them, invite them. And then things can speed up from there. Calling on them and opening our heart for them opens the way for them to help us effectively to get transformed into heavenly people, people of divine love, central figures of the universe.
