Anyonghaseyo, dear brothers and sisters!
Here again some inspiration, based on the words of True Family:
True Father: "Have confidence and remain centered on true love. There is no enemy within true love, not even Satan. I have never regarded anyone as my enemy. I grasp hold of my so-called enemy in my left hand and I never let go until that enemy loves me." [1]
The heart of heaven, the heart of true love, does not consider anyone as an enemy. The heart of heaven rather wants to embrace everyone, no matter what they have done or do, no matter what they think or believe, no matter who they are. The heart of heaven wants to be a blessing to everyone. Without exception!
As long as we strive to practice such levels of love, we can indeed be confident, because of the power of such love:
True Father: "Even when the entire world is thrown into confusion, if your love does not change, or if you choose the path of loving others for their sake, then you can always be in control of any situation. Nothing can stand in your way." [2]
Important is that our love is unchanging, no matter what. That means that we keep loving people who are going against us, who hurt us, who betray us, who disappoint us. It means that we never allow ourselves to develop any resentment against such people, but are always ready to forgive and embrace them, ready to be a blessing for them.
Then indeed nothing can stand in our way, and the world will change, because of the impact of such love:
True Father: "If you put yourself in the position of God or Jesus -- trusting persons while they betray you, loving persons when they don't deserve it, wanting to live and care for those persons while they are not qualified -- the world will change." [3]
It may look foolish to love like that, but that is the way God and True Parents love, and that kind of love has immense impact, because it has immense power:
True Father: "My philosophy is very simple. If you have the attitude to love your enemy, then you can overcome any situation and there is no obstacle that can block you." [4]
To inherit such a level of love is our first responsibility. This is by far more important than anything else in life:
True Father: "To become God's children, our first responsibility is to resemble Him. We need to embody true love." [5]
And true love is limitless. It loves and embraces everyone, even people who are most unlovable:
True Father: "Even though you are persecuted by all of this world, which is the realm of the enemy, you must love the evildoer WITH YOUR WHOLE HEART. That is the condition you have to fulfill. God is MOST CONCERNED about that condition, so those people who are striving to be God's children should also be most concerned about it." [6]
The more we embody true love, the more we see things in a different light:
True Mother: "As we each develop and practice a "parental point of view" toward all people and all things, the world begins to change. We see others in a new light, as brothers and sisters, and family members. We cannot think of abusing or taking advantage of members of our own family. The closer we come to the heart of God, the more we come to understand the heart of a True Parent." [7]
And we become True Parents ourselves! And we will always be the winner:
True Father: "You will never fail when you invest true love. The amount of true love you invest will multiply and develop. The more you set the power of true love in motion, the greater it will grow so that you can embrace the world, the universe and even God." [8] Striving to become the embodiment of God's love is indeed the way and the key. It is the path of those who walk the path of paths!
And the greatest news of all is, that all of us, without any exception, have the potential of heart and love to walk that path successfully! We simply need to keep exercising our heart and keep asking True Father, Heung Jin Nim and Jesus to teach us true love! The speed of our inner progress depends solely on ourselves.
