True Father: Pull out your old vision and replace it with "new eyeballs" of true love!

Anyonghaseyo, dear brothers and sisters!

Here again some inspiration, based on the words of True Parents, Heung Jin Nim and Sun Jin Nim:

Heung Jin Nim: " Please, become people of deep love, the love of Jesus, the love of True Parents." [1]

True Mother: "I pray that FFWPU members and all Blessed Families come to possess an explosive love which can embrace and love the entire world." [5.3.2015]

We need to become people who embody the love of God fully. That is our first goal, our highest priority:

True Father: “Living in the image of God means having God’s words becoming your words and God’s love become your love. That is your first goal.” [2]

To achieve this goal is of such extreme importance that True Father never stopped teaching about this:

True Father: “My teaching is always directed toward achieving this goal -- that every one of you can fulfill this historically highest career and achieve God's ideal of love. Do you understand?” [3]

Each one of us is destined to reach that goal, the ideal of love, the perfection of heart. Green light is given already.

How do we get there?

True Father: “True Parents' love here on earth is like a formula or tradition. Anybody who follows that formula or tradition is bound to succeed. Not only will you succeed here on earth, but you will also succeed in spirit world.... This kind of love will be welcomed anywhere, anytime, because this is the love of God." [4]

We need to inherit the tradition of love from True Parents. We need to learn about true love. Knowledge about true love is the most important knowledge that we can acquire in life:

True Father: “The king of happiness is the one who is living with the love of God. At that point, he couldn't care less about worldly knowledge, power and authority or money. The only thing that matters is the omnipotent love of God. Truly the only knowledge we need is knowledge about love.” [4]

Of course, we need some other knowledge as well, but certainly the knowledge about love is by far the most important one. Where do we get that knowledge from? Certainly from the words of True Parents about true love. But that is not all. That is not enough.

We need to train ourselves in true love and thus make our own experiences, make true love our own, and not just once or twice a day, but at every encounter with a human being, no matter who that person may be, good or bad, young or old, black or white etc. Through experience comes knowledge, very personal knowledge, heartistic knowledge:

Heung Jin Nim: “ Exercise the heart in your actual practice, actual loving, actual reaching out. That's needed because if you just remain in your head, sooner or later you lose power. You become just a drudging-ahead member with dogged faith and determination, but dead.” [5]

Sun Jin Nim: "Just because someone joins, works as a missionary, and gets blessed and has a family, it doesn’t mean that perfection is readily achieved. Is any great achievement easily achieved? No, it takes practice, practice, practice. We must apply the Principle with sincerity in every single conscious moment of our lives..." 14.5.2015

By constantly and consciously training our heart we learn about true love, we get power and inspiration. We achieve more and more true life and true happiness. If we do not train our heart and love, we will stay in the realm of theory. Everything will be a nice theory. But our life will not have much to do with it. True happiness and true life do not come from theory.

How do we get on the path of true love? Father explains:

True Father: “Don't look at things selfishly, but with a desire to give love. Look upon a person who hates you with love, and eventually he/she will change. Begin sending out messages of love to those around. Pull out your old vision and replace it with "new eyeballs" of true love." [6]

As long our thoughts and words are circling around getting something from others, be it recognition, respect or anything else, we are heading in the wrong direction. Because then we have not forgotten ourselves, are not living for the sake of others, but are rather worried about how we are being treated by others. That however is not what true love is all about.

True love is all about investing our heart into others, unconditionally, not expecting anything in return, not worried about how they treat us or think about us.

True love is, for example, about trying to encourage someone else, even if we ourselves could do with some encouragement.

It is about being a blessing to others, in one way or another, even if we feel that we ourselves need some more blessing, or that the other person "has not deserved it".

It is about trying to understand others, no matter if others try to understand us or not.

It is about being loving to someone who has just been aggressive to us, where the “normal” reaction would be to become resentful and hit back or walk away in anger. But that is not the way of true love:

True Father: “When people curse me, I just forget it.” [7]

That is the standard of divine love. Curses and offences etc. just bounce back.

Every day each one of comes into such situations where normally people would respond in line with the fallen nature, and that means with anger, resentment, hatred, even violence.

But if in such situations we ignore how the other person has treated us, and look at that person with a desire to give love, forgetting ourselves, then we are heading for fast growth of heart. Then we are heading for breaking down the barriers around our heart, we are heading for revolutionizing ourselves in God’s ways.

This of course needs constant and conscious training, around the clock, wherever we are, whomever we meet.

Last not least, on the way of learning and developing divine love in our heart, we have the great chance to ask the great experts of true love for help and guidance:

Heung Jin Nim: “I know your frustration and your problems and your agony, that you have not been able to love enough. I know that each of you feels that limitation of love, you feel that you are impure, you feel that you can't break through, you feel that you want to love brothers and sisters but you can't do it. And I want you to know that I have come here to guide you in the ways of love of the True Parents. I have come here to take you by the hand and as I said also by the heart to the heart of our True Parents.” [8]

True Father, Heung Jin Nim and Jesus are certainly more than happy if we keep asking them for education of heart and love. They can help us transform our hearts very effectively. They can and will help us to become the heirs of the divine love of God and True Parents. All of us have the potential to become such divine people. Blessed are those who realize this, tap into their potential of love and bringing it to fruition, day by day.
