Dear brothers and sisters:

Dae Mon Nim will begin her 4-City Tour of America on August 15th at the Oakland Convention Center, 1001 Broadway, Oakland, Ca 94607 (http://marriott.com/property/mapandnearbyairports/default.mi?marshaCode=oakdt&WT_Ref=mi_left). We chose this location for its convenience of transportation -- very accessible from Oakland Airport, public transportation and parking. More details of the event will be forthcoming in the days to come. However for those traveling from out of state you can make your travel plans based on the information known so far. There are two things that each state needs to do in preparation for this event.

1) Each state must immediately set up a state coordinator. This can be the State leader or someone whom you appoint. Please submit immediately the name, cell phone number and e-mail address of the state coordinator to Kevin Thompson. 

2) Each state must figure out how many official Chung Pyung Wish Papers they request for the families attending the event. Wishes can only be made on official Wish Papers. One wish per Wish Paper. Please determine the number of Wish Papers needed so we can send them to you.

3) The State Coordinator will be responsible to collect all registration fees and a wish paper donations and ancestor liberation donations.

4) All enquiries from the field will go through the State Coordinator. The event will start at 10:00 a.m. on August 15th and is expected to finish at 4:00 p.m. Registration fee is---San Francisco region $100 per family, $50 per single person. Other regions $50 per family and $25 per single person. Many more details will follow. Upon establishment of the state coordinator then all enquiries will be dealt with through that person.
