The Words of the Miller Family |
In accordance with Memo WMH 2010-09 (copied below) the 20th Chil Il Jeol (Declaration Day of God's Eternal Blessing) will NOT be celebrated tomorrow but rather on 7.1 by the Heavenly Calendar which will be August 10th by the Gregorian Calendar.
Please find attached a revised wall calendar which should help you to be informed of dates ahead by both calendars.
Yours sincerely,
Tim Miller and Peter Staudinger

May God and True Parents' blessings and love be with all regions, mission nations and providential organizations.
In accordance with True Parents' instructions, as of February 14, 2010, all important church events and anniversaries have been celebrated according the heavenly calendar, the Abel-type calendar. On April 6, True Parents instructed a new standard for using the heavenly calendar. In light of these instructions, this is to announce the start of using the heavenly calendar for celebrating important church events and anniversaries. Please notify all your members of this change and that the events and anniversaries are celebrated according to the heavenly calendar.
The 1st day of the 1st month on the heavenly calendar will be the 1st day of the 1st month on the lunar calendar. (This year, this fell on February 14.) All internal communications and memos should indicate the date according to the heavenly calendar and keep the Gregorian calendar date in parenthesis.
In English, it should be tentatively expressed in the following way: e.g. 5.17 by the Heavenly Calendar (June 28, 2010)
