The Words of the Moloney Family |
We decided to start doing a Video Blog so that we can keep you updated on the things that we are doing and try to connect you on a more personal level. We would love to get your feedback and suggestions! Below you can find further information about a few of the events mentioned in the video Here you go, hope you enjoy!
'Tis the season to be jolly, eat mince pies and sing together! I can't think of any other way to enjoy Christmas than to celebrate a whole evening of musical talent with a hot drink in your hands! If you've never made it to a Live Lounge before, now's the time to come and see for yourself!
We would request that all performers keep their performance to a maximum of 3 songs or 10 minutes, and if you want to do a Christmas song: just the 1 please! If you would like to perform, you must let us know: for we are not psychic! Let us know further details: your name, amount of songs, if you're collaborating and with whom!
Of course Live Lounge is not just for performers, but for the beautiful audience as well! So for everyone else, we would ask that you pay a contribution of £3.50: All proceeds go to Music Ministry, and the further development of Live Lounge.
Hot drinks will be on the house, as usual, and there will be snacks and refreshments for sale to enjoy with your drink! Make sure you stick around for a bit afterwards to chill and enjoy the good company.

What better way to enjoy the festive spirit than to serve our community!
Please join us for Christmas Carol Singing on Monday 20th December! We will meet at 6.30 pm in the ballroom of LG, to run through some songs- then we plan to go out singing at Bayswater or Queensway station, for an hour or 2. We will have some tins so that people can feel free to donate and contribute to the community choir of Lancaster Gate. Feel free to hang out afterwards for coffee or hot drinks, and enjoy each other's company!
Don't forget to bring warm clothes, your voice, Christmas hats if you have, and your best smile!
