There seems to be a lot of interest in the Parents Matching Convocation.

Here are some answers to commonly asked questions:

Who is organizing this convocation?

There was some confusion because it was announced as an "international" convocation. It is being organized by the USA Blessed Family Dept. All international members are invited to attend and also to send pictures of their candidates.

What if our son/daughter is not ready yet to be matched?

You are still invited and welcome to attend. The program will provide good guidance about how to prepare now for the future when your children are ready to be matched.

What information should we bring.

Two 8 x 10 photos.
One of head and shoulders.
One of the full body.
Dress nicely.

Is there anything else we should bring?

We recommend that you bring plenty of name cards or even "flyers" of your candidate and information how to contact you. A picture is good too. You can give these out to other parents as an easy way for them to remember you.

If we cannot attend, what information should we send?

Send two 8 x 10 photos. One of head and shoulders. One of the full body. Dress nicely.

Are parents with Jacob Children allowed to come? Will there be matching opportunities for them?

This was not considered in the original planning. We are going to discuss this idea. We will make an announcement in the next few days.
