2007 Cheon IL Guk Horsemanship Challenge Announcement

The dates for the 2007 Cheon IL Guk Horsemanship Challenge for ages 14 and up will be from August 4 through August 12, 2007 at New Hope Farms Equestrian Park in Port Jervis, New York.

This year, the 2007 Challenge is open to international applicants and a full scholarship will be available for one applicant.

The 2007 Challenge will involve a new Service for Peace project of therapeutic riding with the Special Needs Second Gen., as well as a trip to a horse rescue auction. As always, there will be a lot of riding and horse care but this year, the students will participate in games on horseback, an overnight horse trek, a horse show for those who wish to compete, paintball, swimming, and other activities.
