May God continue to guide your Blessed Central Family during this historic 21 day Hoon Dok Hae condition in which we are inheriting the spirit of True Fathers 21 Day condition overcoming all obstacles to proclaim the Settlement of High Noon and a victorious new beginning for all Blessed Central Families. We now have great authority to rapidly expand the foundation of the Kingdom of God on Earth based on the authority of the Coronation of True Parents and the True Parents Holy Wedding Opening the Gateway to the Cheon Il Guk.

Matchings Reported and Approved by True Father:

After Father reviewed the album, he gave important guidance regarding the matching. He said parents and children should continue to have a vertical attitude towards the matching. He said that we should not approach the matching horizontally. Father also said that parents should not match their children until the children are at least 18 years old. Dr. Yang once again wants to express his desire to help those 2^nd Generation that want to be matched, but have difficult circumstances, such as they have a handicap or they have fallen.

Matching, Blessing and Family Life Guidelines: As owners of Cheon Il Guk and Blessed Central Families True Parents have bequeathed the authority for matching their own children and reporting to the Regional Director, Continental Headquarters. All matchings will be reported by Dr. Yang to True Parents. True Parents are trusting the Blessed Central Families and are not changing the matchings so far but are praying for these couples. The responsibility of the matching is with the parents and those receiving the blessing. Second Generation candidates should be over 18 years of age. When a couple starts their family is under the authority of the parents. Father told Dr. Yang that parents would be wise to seek the council of the Regional Director and other official church Elders. Still all authority resides with the parents. Second Generation must have not fallen to be matched with another un-fallen second generation candidate. This is the only way to protect the blood lineage.

Second generation who have fallen must be brought through a process of forgiveness and can be blessed as the first generation. In this instance they should be blessed with other second generation with the same condition. They absolutely should not seek a spouse outside the realm of our church.

Dr. Yang personally will take care of the matching of other second generation who have made the same mistake. He will carefully and confidentially match these young adults. Parents who have children in this situation, please feel free to contact Dr. Yang via email. When you do, Dr. Yang will contact you and consult with you personally. True Father recommended that the matching candidates be over 18 years and under 24 years of age.

The Blessing in Korea will be on July 13^th, Sunday at 2:00 PM. The Blessing Fee is $1,500 per person. This includes the blessing ring, accommodation and food for three days. This fee may be paid by check, made out to HSA-UWC. Please write "Blessing Fee 2003" on the memo line of the check and send it to the financial department at 43^rd Street in New York. The couples who can not leave the country because of illness or legal status may participate in the Blessing in Chicago on July 5^th, Saturday at 10:30 AM.
