MEMORANDUM

Happy New Year!! We pray for God’s abundant blessing for you and your family in this Fourth Year of Cheon Il Guk. We sincerely thank the American movement and all members for fulfilling your role in the providence in the Middle East. True Father was deeply inspired by the victory in the Holy Land. Now there are no barriers blocking the advancement of the unity of religions and the building of God’s Peace Kingdom through the Peace United Nations. As already announced the motto for this year is "The Proclamation of God’s Fatherland and the Era of the Peace Kingdom."

Based on the fulfillment of True Parent’s providential course in 2003 the Coronation of Jesus could be accomplished on December 22nd opening the way to total healing, forgiveness and reconciliation of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Israel securing the Fourth Israel as the substantial nation of the Cheon Il Guk. This new nation of all faiths and peoples will now expand to become the basis for the Peace Kingdom. Jewish, Christian and Muslims faiths are solidly on the path to become one in heart due to the fulfillment of December 22nd. The Kingdom of God has come and will expand through all people of faith and conscience.

The Ambassadors of Peace (representing the Fourth Israel and the Peace United Nations) play a very key and central role in this expansion, starting first with the 84 that went to Korea (representatives of 7 enemy nations) and now with the 96 Ambassadors of Peace from each of the 8 nations. (7 former enemy nations were expanded to 8 to include Palestine/Israel due to the December 22nd victory.) Here are some general directives for the new year:

Special Donation Request: For those who went to Israel. We sincerely thank those who supported the Coronation of Jesus and we realize that you sacrificially chose to go to the Holy Land. In God’s eyes your family can now play a special role there. During the coronation we experienced the liberation of Jesus’ heart of anguish. Because of this special experience Rev. Kwak has requested that all families (from all nations) who attended the December 22nd rally from all nations donate $1000 each for the Peace Embassy in the Holy Land. Please, send your donation in as soon as possible. Rev. Kwak has generously given time for us to make this donation and has asked that it be completed by March 22nd (3 months from December 22nd). Make the donation payable to HSA UWC. In the notation write (Holy Land Peace Embassy). Mail your check to 4 W. 43rd St. NY, NY 10036 C/O Rev. Eric Holt. Note: All families who did not go to the December 22nd Rally, are requested to make an offering of their choice.

Rev. Phillip Schanker has been promoted to Vice President of Education. We are very pleased with this new development. Rev. Schanker will have broad responsibilities in the area of education that will include the oversight and development of all educational materials and programs for North America concerning: Second Generation, Blessed Family, Clergy, Ambassadors for Peace and new members’ education. We congratulate Rev. Schanker on his excellent work as Public Relations director.

40 Day Training for Leaders at Chung Pyung - Father requested that All Church and CARP leaders go for 40 Days to Chung Pyung. All are to attend unless permission is granted for special missions or circumstances. Please send all special considerations into Rev. Jorg Heller at jheller@familyfed.org. The training began on January 3rd and will end on February 10th. It is permissible to go late and stay the extra days to make up the 40 day condition.

Blessed Wives 40 Day Training at Chung Pyung - All Blessed Wives must attend the 40 day training at Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center. Here is the schedule according to the blessing group you are in. If you missed the November – December workshops please join the next available workshop. The next workshop begins on January 31, 2004.

Ambassadors for Peace - The 84 Ambassadors for Peace that departed in October for (12 from America) are scheduled to stay in Korea. Each Region is responsible for the support of the families of these 12 historic first Ambassadors of the Peace United Nations. Any Region who cannot support these families should officially report to the National Headquarters.

96 Ambassadors for Peace representing the Fourth Israel were created based on the December 22nd victory. 12 were selected for each of the 8 reconciled enemy nations (including Palestine/Israel). They have received assignments to one of the 8 nations (Korea, Japan, America, England, France, Germany, Italy, Palestine/Israel). Four Ambassadors of Peace are to go to their assigned nations immediately. The other 8 AoP who remain should support them financially. (They have been notified and are working out their situations.) After 3 months, the first 4 AoP should come back and 4 other AoP should go and replace them. Their direction is to make 12 Blessed couples (newly matched or rededicated) from the top religious, social, media and political leaders of their nations during the three months. Then those 12 should gain 12 more blessed couples creating 144 providential couples for each Ambassador for the Peace UN. Details are still being worked out (we are requesting that the term of duty be negotiable and shortened however this has not been approved yet). More volunteers are needed. Due to many leaders’ situations – some cannot go immediately and may need to be replaced. We are looking for first or second generation who are serious to represent heaven as an Ambassador who will relate with the top leaders of each nation.
