This Memo must be faxed by the Regional Headquarters to all the State Centers. Please inform all Tribal Messiahs concerning the content of this memo.

MEMORANDUM

True Parents are coming to embrace America with great love. This is a wonderful time in history and a tremendous opportunity for all of our North American movement to come together. This will be another historic milestone for the establishment of the Peace Kingdom. The response from America has been one of incredible faith and hope. We sincerely thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Concerning the North American Four City Tour: The dates will be from Saturday, June 25 to Tuesday, June 28.

What: Rally for the Peace Kingdom and report on the work of IIPC (the peace UN). 12,000 rally in each city on the four city tour , also …. two days of Peace Education

Donation: $500 per family. ($250 per single members) Payable to your local church. Half should go to the local region, half to the Block/ Host region. Regions will also be responsible for national level expenses. (i.e. Security etc.)

Who: Ambassadors for Peace, ACLC, ACLC Women in Ministry and Other Clergy, Women, Civic, Media, Sports, Business, Youth and Community leaders. (Basically all of True Parents foundation in America.)

Also: VIPs from all Ethnic communities, Churches, Community organizations should be invited.

When and Where: (Note: Peace education will be conducted during the day leading up to the event and again on the day after the main event.The main events will be conducted in the following cities on the dates listed below. The exact times and venues are still being worked out.)

Dates and Cities:

Sponsor: IIFWP, FFWPU and all affiliated organizations.

Event Content: This will be a two day event !!!! The first day will begin with education and conclude with the Rally for the Peace Kingdom with True Father as the Keynote speaker. The second day will begin with Hoon Dok Hae for 300 – 500 members and VIPS with True Parents and then after True Parents’ departure Peace Education will continue.

Day One - (on the dates listed above)

Day Two -

Please do not compromise and try for just a couple thousand people to get by. This goal has a providential meaning. We must go forward with wisdom and the heart to make 12,000. Whatever the venue – each event must be overflowing.

National Organizing Committee: There is a National Organizing Committee centering on Dr. Yang as the Chairman and Rev. Jenkins as the Director. Mr. Jim Flynn is Chairman of all Affiliated organizations and will coordinate their support as well as develop the Peace Education seminar.

All Presidents of affiliated organizations are part of this central committee as well as the Regional Directors. FFWPU Vice Presidents and the ACLC National Executive Committee Members are on the National Organizing Committee. Archbishop Stallings and Rev. Daugherty will guide a support team of clergy that will travel on the tour to the four cities. Rev. Joshua Cotter will guide the CARP / Youth leaders, Mrs. Alexa Ward as President of WFWP is asked to develop outreach for key women leaders. Regional Organizing Committee: Centering on the Regional Director as Chairman, and Vice Regional Director and AFC Regional Director as Co-Coordinators all heads of Affiliated organizations should participate in and support this committee. This committee should also include Ambassadors for Peace, ACLC key clergy and key members from the Unification Community. Outreach: Please organize this coming Sunday, June 19 for Church Outreach and invitation. (We have one chance to reach all the churches quickly, that is this Sunday !!). We sincerely ask all members to reach out this Sunday to all ACLC and close churches, mosques and synagogues.

ALL Key members move to Block Region: When the distances between your state or region and the host city are too great then the number that a region can bring is small, therefore we ask that all Key Leaders and Members move to the Host City to directly support the mobilization there by supporting Christian Church outreach, Ambassador for Peace ethnic outreach, and the phone banks. One good member in the host region will bring far more people than trying to fill organize from hundreds of miles away. (Regions should plan to mobilize as many as possible for the event.A few key people can stay behind to make sure all key Ambassadors for Peace come to the main event from every state.)
